Beautiful modern, luxury 2 BR 2.5 bath apartment with floor to ceiling windows in the heart of the marina on the beach! The apartment is bright and airy, you can watch the boats pass by during the day. Awesome building with private tennis courts, plaza level outdoor pool with sea view, pool beds and lunch area. Spacious master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and living area. Parking spot available and inflatable mattress for extra guests (must request in advance). 24hr grocery store in the building.
This apartment is professionally managed for guests to feel like they are in a 5-star hotel! Everything you need to feel at home is already here. The beach is across the road as well as well as all of the marinas best restaurants, bars and shops! Plus you have a 24/7 Choitroms grocery store in the building as well as F45 and Barrys Bootcamp fitness studios on the first floor.
The apartment is fully for rentals so you get to enjoy all the space and cupboard space :). This is one of the best buildings and beautifully maintained buildings in the marina. The apartment is full of light with floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy the boats passing by with a full marina view and sea views from the balcony and bedrooms.
The building also has amazing facilities. The Skyview gym is fully equipped and has a HUGE FULL SEA AND MARINA VIEW wraparound terrace. If you're coming for New Years, we also have a beautiful SKY Lounge overlooking the marina, Palm, and Atlantis with full view of the fireworks!
The pool has beautiful palm trees, sun beds, loungers and 2 large cabana areas which are great for friends and families. There is also a jacuzzi hot tub!
We are in the heart of the marina and you can walk to all the best restaurants, beach clubs and shopping areas. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Marina Mall, The Beach Outdoor Mall and to the Metro. Another bonus is that we are at the beginning of the marina, so you miss the crazy traffic with a convenient exit straight to the highway.
