此酒店是帶88歲老母親阿聯酋之行的第一站，也是中轉站，考慮夜機抵達，住這裡非常方便。走幾步就到迪拜大運河和碼頭，老母親非常滿意。傳統阿拉伯風格的小院，其實一共有三個院子，進門我們房間所在的院子，餐廳一個院子，最裡面畫廊還有一個小院子，前兩個院子都有一棵大樹。因為是老宅改造，所以房間相對來說有點小，但我們3個人住還好。酒店工作人員也很熱情。

酒店坐落在老城邊，據説是原來一個阿拉伯富人居所改造而成，很有韻味，兩個庭院舒適寬敞，還各有一棵大樹，很有家的氛圍；早餐豐富合口，房間乾淨

Cute hotel on the edge of the old town and close to the creek. Internal courtyard with cafe for breakfast. Charming room with comfortable bed but no outside window. Helpful staff and some restaurants in walking distance. No other facilities.

這個酒店出乎意料的令人非常滿意，房間不大，但乾淨衞生，最令人叫絕的是酒店的早餐非常豐盛！並且這裏的每個人都非常的友好熱情，如果我再來杜拜，我毫無疑問還會住在這裏！

The XVA Art Hotel is just the best for travelers looking for respite from modern western-style hotels. Located in old Dubai, it has no street address. From the street, you walk in 200 yards, rolling your luggage. XVA is an old estate with 4 walls surrounding an open courtyard. Room doors are secured inside with a wooden slider. On the outside, doors are secured with padlocks. The chef and server offer up wonderful breakfasts and (I assume, lunch and dinner). Reception staff is customer-oriented. This was my second stay at XVA and I would do it again. (It's also fun to encourage Uber and taxi drivers who have never before dropped off riders at XVA. Location is near Dubai Creek and easy to get transportation to and from. Hospitality, cleanliness, service, food, ambience - it's the best!

Sfeervol en schattig hotel. De kamers zijn schoon, knus en gezellig ingericht met een fijne grote douche. De binnenplaats is mooi gedecoreerd. De staff is ontzettend aardig. Hoewel ik midden in de nacht aankwam, stond Anees van de receptie klaar om mij op te vangen en naar het hotel te leiden. Top service! Het ontbijt is ook heerlijk.

A Beautiful Traditional Stay in Dubai's Old Town XVA Art Hotel is a stunning example of traditional Arabian architecture, located in the heart of the old town. The atmosphere is charming and full of character, making it a hotspot for tourists. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. One thoughtful touch is that the hotel provides a shower room for guests with late flights, which is really convenient. If I visit Dubai again, I will definitely stay here again!

Great place with feel of Dubai before the high-rises.

I really wanted a more Arabic experience on this trip to Dubai. I could not have been more pleased. The staff couldn’t do enough for me. The location is perfect for a quiet 90min walk at night. I had a single room, small but comfortable. I needed to be in the main bar area for WiFi to work but it was no issue and the staff kept the tea coming. Brilliant. Can’t wait to go back.

Décoration et aménagement qui valent le détour Une nuit passée sur place en famille. Un mini plateau de fruits dans la chambre à l'arrivée. Des salons de détente et des cours avec des arbres au milien en font un cadre de relaxation tres agréable.

If you want time away from the excessive glitz and frenetic pace of the rest of Dubai then this is the hotel for you. Situated behind the Arabian Tea House in the historic quarter it is only accessible on foot, but that just adds to its appeal and tranquility. Set around two courtyards, with impressive central trees, in what was once a large private house it resembles a Moroccan riad. Rooftop terrace. Compact rooms (and beds). Simple but tasty local set breakfast served by the helpful Joy. Extraordinarily good value. Later in our holiday we paid nearly five times the price for a hotel room on the Palm. Nice, but no comparison in terms of price or the authentic Arab experience offered by the XVA. Be prepared to be woken by the "call to prayer"; but magical.
