非常好，服務也很好

L’hôtel est bien placé et bien situé. Les chambres sont trop petites et aussi avec des très petites fenêtres. Les commandes passées ne sont pas respectées. L’odeur des cigarettes sent partout. Ils ont un très bon restaurant avec des variétés de nourritures.

Ok ...better than expectations except that centralised aircond cant adjust !!!!

Nice hotel but bad in amenities and service part

I get trouble for no visa coming. That why I cannot fly. I inform that hotel before 1 day. I cannot come. Need support change date . They no support and reply on time. I will never use this hotel again

絕對的末選

因為三人出遊想住同一間房，所以找到這間有三張單人床的房間。 地點⋯ 似***，成地都係** 女郎廣告卡片。 整潔度唔得，成地水，厠所設計一碰就跌晒落地。 房間好細，行李打開完要拿拿聲閂番，否則無地方行。 嘈，成晚 boom boom boom，未停過，幸好家人坐完飛機好攰，所以瞓得著。 唯一好處，附近的東西及食物好地道，俾上大陸還要平。 不建議訂此酒店（如無必要）！

From we come to hotel the staff not kynd They dont help us to bring the Luggage The reception not smile and very bitchy No toiletries like soap and etc Room small And they take my money 100 sar because only the bedcover dirty little of my blood period and they said i make damage Lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂 U only need to washing it how i make damage? And u take a lot of money

Excellent location and inside clearance, But no AC control in room, you have to call reception always for control temperature. Watchman or gate man ( the African bodybuilder very rude with behavior and disrespectful with guest, he will call you from far away hey .. hey hey .. fingers up & WhatsApp up where are you going?? What is your room number ?? 😂 ) and you have to adjust that behavior with your stay. This is not hotel service. He destroying hotel management business
