Terrible management that doesn’t know how to take care of their customers

Erg goed hotel , veel restaurants in de omgeving, metro 10 minuten lopen

Good really enjoyed that

The location is amazing close to everything. Hotel facilities were good. Housekeeping staff is very polite. Overall good stay.

Everything remains the same and I, a traveler, stay in the same place because it is clean, safe, convenient to travel and close to shopping areas. The hotel has everything, including washing machines, clothes drying racks, microwaves, kitchen equipment and irons.

Service and room quality is really good.

適合很晚下飛機之後在機場附近過度一宿，衞生條件一般

酒店房間還可以，德國人的服務也很好，很熱情。然後酒店還給了幾個小糖果，適合一個人出差居住，總體來説還是很推薦的。

the room was good and spacious enough, only the problem are the lights its quite dark and few kitchen utensils. but the service they are attentive to assist your needs.

They Advertised as luxury accomodation. Dont catchup by the word Luxury. They are average property. The whole apartment we were in need complete refurbishment and the fridge looked that it was 1920's

It's good, but it's a bit old. Still, it's roomy and perfect for a family, kinda like an apartment.

In booking is with breakfast and local transfer also but when we go to reception they simply said it's room only

The service food and stayed I enjoy. Everything is really so good.i sujjest to my friends and family to spend money with this hotel staying.i am so happy to be here for 12 days . appreciate everyone's for care. Staff and food quality is super....
