預訂訊息顯示税費是10迪拉姆，但是酒店員工撒謊多收費，收了20迪拉姆，有收據證明！ 曝光這個酒店部分酒店員工的犯罪行為！這個酒店的管理人員和當地印度、越南小偷團體勾結，一部分酒店員工被替換成了騙子，小偷、詐騙團體、盜竊團體和商業間諜！ 酒店員工把印度小偷團體安排在我附近的房間，而且破壞了房卡內部的門鎖，然後我更換了一個房間，更換後的房間附近依舊是酒店員工安排的印度小偷團體，我把行李放在房間後外出。 酒店員工會用監視器監視顧客的外出情況，並迅速打電話給那些印度小偷！我出門乘坐電梯，馬上有印度小偷跟蹤我。我外出馬上有印度小偷在跟蹤我！酒店和當地印度小偷勾結在一起企圖偷竊顧客的東西！ 我回到房間時，發現房卡不工作，打不開門，然後我去酒店更新房卡，酒店員工遲遲不給我更新房卡，故意找茬，浪費我幾個小時的時間。不斷撒謊説簽名的問題，那個穿白衣服的越南女人撒謊説她是酒店經理，其實她是小偷成員。在此期間，酒店員工安排印度小偷去我房間偷竊！ 幾個小時後，酒店員工依舊不給我房卡！然後警察來了，看到警察來了，謊稱是酒店經理的越南女人再一次撒謊，又開始説她不是酒店經理，她説那個穿西裝會説阿拉伯語的男人是酒店經理，我説這個越南女人以及那個會説阿拉伯語穿西裝的男人都是騙子，是小偷。警察在核對完訊息後罵了酒店員工，然後酒店員工才給我房卡。在此以前，酒店員工故意浪費我幾個小時安排印度小偷去我房間偷竊。 這個酒店的管理人員和印度、越南小偷，詐騙團體勾結，安排小偷團體，詐騙團伙，商業間諜在這個酒店竊取顧客訊息，竊取顧客的東西，企圖詐騙顧客錢財，從來沒見過這麼***的！這個酒店的接待員，安保人員，清潔工，酒店管理層都混進了小偷成員，詐騙團體和商業間諜，非常**！遠離這個酒店！非常**！

Excellent hotel and good place to stay and close to metro station

I feel better care there and its felt like my home

It’s been years i choose xclusive for staying whenever i visit dubai. I always recommend my friends and relatives too. But this is the first time i am having a very bad experience from the front desk for late payment (2 hours) of tourism tax (20 aed), they asked me to checkout the property. In my life next time i will never ever book xclusive again. Thanks to the front desk for giving a very bad experience.

Good apartment very helpful staff

We got a 2 bdrm (both with attached bathrooms) and an additional 1/2 bathroom (no shower) apartment, also equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils) and a living room. All bedrooms and living rooms had TVs. There is also a washing machine for laundry, but we didn’t use it. The property is excellent for a family that might also do some of its own cooking. We appreciated that since we had one member of our party who had special dietary needs for a couple of days. There is a supermarket across the street and a Spinney’s down the road if you need to buy something, which we used when needed. One possible “downside” is that there is no breakfast buffet. The “free breakfast” option actually is them delivering a tray to your room every AM. The Xclusive group has another hotel which has a buffet, and the food is delivered from there to this property. As it turns out, not having a buffet was a very good idea, as it stopped us from overeating. The tray was more than adequate - bread, butter, omelette (if you needed it), jam, croissants, juice and tea. They also had Indian breakfasts that varied from day to day - idly, uthapam, poori bhaji, channa batoora, etc., which we could opt for in place of the bread/omelette options. You just need to inform them by about 7 am what you want. And, of course, coffee powder and milk powder for you first coffee was also provided and replenished everyday. The other “downside” is that we had to clean our own plates and cups in the kitchen. The daily cleaning service only cleaned the floors, did the beds, bathrooms, garbage etc. But not really a big deal, since there are adequate cleaning supplies. The staff is very responsive and did a great job of responding to our concerns, like resetting the wifi (which then worked perfectly), getting an adapter for the plugs, etc. The property is also within a 10-mt walking distance of a lot of restaurants and the Bur Juman Mall and Metro stations. We highly recommend the property - excellent value for money. Kudos to all the staff - front desk, cleaning, bellboys - as well.
