Absolutely pathetic. they had overbooked nearly 2 times. had angry guests everyday... shouting and arguing. my stay also started badly as was shown a room.... where you wont let your dog stay..... I had paid Premium money so was then shown another room which was acceptable. staff were really helpful, its the greedy owners and management who should really take the blame. rating 0/10 Absolutely AVOID THIS PLACE

Old property with wired smells all over the room, furniture is old specially the bed crown the sheet fell on head all the night, then finally removed the sheet to not injured 🤕. Midnight they called twice for the food order which we not ordered even we told one time that food not for us and they called again second time after few minutes. In bathroom want to hot bath with bathtub 🛀 after filling, when time to relax in all water goes out from down the tub( leakage’s) and all the washroom full with water due to water blockages, which caused bad smell. And last when I called for booking ahead and said that if I want extend my stay for half day price operator said need to book for full day they not give half day or late check out .Staff need to be professional no greeting. The room was booked not the same as in picture on booking. No toothpaste, only one sop and one shampoo even room booked for two persons.
