It's not often you find a hotel in Dubai with so much shade and greenery. For me, this is one of the best places in Dubai. The hotel, of course, is not new, but the rooms are all made of natural materials - wood, veneer, travertine. Beautiful family suites with verandas with plants and stones. In addition to the three pools, the hotel has a very nice beach, gentle, safe for children. The fish live right by the shore. There are many restaurants and bars, and, given the proper layout of the territory, it does not interfere with the hotel guests at night. Very convenient location, near a supermarket, several cafes and restaurants, convenient transport interchange. The hotel has its own paid parking. The professional staff and reception speak several languages. Thank you all for your professional work. In the photo is Ahmed, the receptionist. We had to extend our stay and the Ahmed arranged for us to move to another room right away. Very pleasant impressions from the professional service. For me, this is the perfect vacation destination in Dubai.

- Quite old rooms but Good& clean . - Slow Check in procedure. - Bad service barking workers, they don't know driving , and not care about your car ( they scratched my car+ I leave with low air tyre pressure )! This problem issues only in the hotel . ( So, I don't advise you give them your car , park by ur self ) . - I paid 40dhs by check out for taxes!! While the room included that when I booked .

Из плюсов - заселили на 1 час рентген, повысили класс номера, собственный пляж, 3 бассейна и один из них достаточно большой. Минусы - старые ужасно грязные номера, выключатели липкие, балкон не мылся лет пять, вся сантехника убитая. Планировка бестолковая - в семейном люксе на трех человек крохотная ванная без душевой. Диван для ретенка на первом этаже очень короткий и ребенок спал по диагонали, про этом скрипт так, что на втором этаже спать невозможно. Сервис тоже оставляем желать лучшего. Жили втроем, а при заезде полотенца и средства гигиены было предоставлена на 1-2 персоны. Два дополнительная халата просили дважды - через русскоговорящую сотрудницу решепшн и заониои напрямую в хаускипирг, в итоге только весером накануне отъезда через 3 дня после 3 напоминания получили. Полотенца накануне отъезда забрали старые, а чистые не принесли. Звонок в заускипинг не помог - пришлось с фронтдеск ругаться. Еда на завтраках скудная, столы в помещении грязные, над фруктами въелся мошкара. На пляже полотенца выдают с 7 утра - это плюс и до 9 утра можно спокойной занять лежак, далее пляж заполняется и все очень плотненько. Пляж грязный и не убирается. Уровень отеля не выше 3 звезд и настоятельно требует реноваци.и нового менеджмента. Цена завышена.

Great beach hotel with stunning views and comfortable rooms. Sajid is very helpful and friendly. However, housekeeping service is slow. Prime location make it a worthwhile stay.
