Our training programs in all our departments strongly emphasize an equally high standard of service, especially regarding empathy, guest experience management, and attentiveness services. To ensure that our guests have the most satisfying experience, our dedicated guest relations with duty managers at the lobby are always on hand to assist with any special concerns/requests. It is saddening to know you did not have the opportunity to meet with them. Had we known of this while you were In-House, we would have gladly taken care of this right away.
