It is many times that I come to stay at this place because if you have a car and convenient transportation, the atmosphere is quiet. And close to shopping centers, close to the airport, the staff provided good service, but the receptionist felt a little stressed. 😅🤣รวมๆแล้วok

Front desk staff were very good & check in was done with out any delay. thanks to Mr. Praveen for arranging 2 days stay at this hotel. We stayed in Standard king room. Neat & spacious room. King size comfy beds with lovely large pillows . The room was noise free. Clean toilet with toilet accessories & Linen. Tea/ coffee making facility Amble parking area. Great breakfast. Friendly & courteous staff Well equipped & spacious gym, big pool, decent steam & sauna rooms are there , but we didn't use any of these due to pandemic situation.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service Across the Board This hotel needs a complete overhaul, starting with its staff. It's hard to tell if the issues stem from lack of training or simple indifference, but the result is the same: subpar service. The front desk employees were disengaged and seemed clueless about customer service. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their job. Housekeeping was no better. When we ran out of toilet paper, I requested a refill and was given a box of tissue paper an hour later – completely unacceptable. Breakfast was another disaster, with staff mostly absent unless asked for help, and the food looked like it was prepared by someone who had zero interest in making it appetizing. Overall, I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The lack of professionalism and care makes it a place I won’t be returning to
