I stayed at Citymax Hotel Business Bay from July 15 to 19, and overall, it was a great experience. 👍 What I liked: • Clean and comfortable rooms – The room was neat, well-maintained, and had all the essential amenities. • Friendly and professional staff – The service team was genuinely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the reception and housekeeping staff for their prompt support. • Convenient location – Close to major spots like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Business Bay metro. Easy access to taxis and public transport. • Nice rooftop pool and gym – Great for a quick workout or to relax in the evening with views of the skyline. • Good in-house dining options – The hotel’s café and bar had a decent selection at fair prices.

比較趕緊清爽，但是有點潮，早餐不好吃

The room wasn't as clean as a 4-star standard. There was poor soundproofing, like a thin partition between rooms. I could hear every movement next door, like doors opening. Changing rooms didn't help much. Disappointing stay.

My stay at the hotel was great. Many Indian restaurants near by.

It's a newly built hotel in a newly developed part of business bay, very clean and neat with super friendly and helpful staff!

Frühstück ist ok Zimmer könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Sauberkeit 70%.

Tout était parfait de la réception au service de chambre surtout celui qui s’est occupé de nettoyer notre chambre je crois qu’il s’appelait Rajan très sympa. Juste une suggestion, si vous pouvez mettre quelqu’un aussi qui parle le français à l’accueil ça sera idéal car tous parlais l’anglais.merci
