Nice view and very clean and comfortable

The service staff is not good. They ask a lot of questions and then smile in a derogatory manner.

overall fine, rooms were okay, bathroom a little rough but managable, showerhead was broken, as we were only there for two nights, it was not the end of the world. One major thing is help with luggage was non existent, I was with my disabled mother and both times there was more then enough people behind the reception to offer help with luggage and loading the taxi. example on the day we left there was about 5 people behind the reception laughing and pulling jokes between each other, thats fine but not professional, on top nobody even offered to help with luggge.

Great value, wonderful location, 10 minutes walk to the metro station, excellent customer service, and friendly staff. Comfy bed and many pillow options, zero complains, happy customer, well done team.

The hotel was really good given the fact we got a great deal from trip.com . The hotel met all our necessities. We were given an upgraded room with the water canal view and free breakfast .

I would recommend this hotel as excellent even for solo travellers. The crews are very kind and friendly.
