Overall very good stay! Shout out to Kamran for doing a great job at cleaning our rooms! Also the electric plugs are universal so didn't have to use an adapater for anything.

Our stay was amazing! Room is spacious, clean, all staff are very accommodating and they help you from the moment you checkin and out. The only downside is the location. We all know business bay is a very busy area and the traffic is bad.

Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and Chu comfortable, there are swimming pools, sauna room, steam room, gym room in the hotel, location is very convenient. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Итак,это 4ый отель который я посетил за 14 дней моей поездки, отель неплохой, но максимум на 2-3 дня для посещения Бурдж-Халифы и Дубай молла, до них идти 30 мин пешком. Метро Станция Бизнес- бей идти 20 мин пешком, алкомаркет также 20 мин пешком. Вход в отель так себе, с чемоданами очень тяжело пройти, какие-то шлагбауму везде,везде цепей понавешали, куча машин всегда,доставщики еды постоянно там труться. Очень долго ждать лифты,жили на 24м этаже номер с видом на Бурдж. Доставка еды в номер кстати была недорогой, советую. Бассейн на 4ом этаже тёплый, но до сауны идти ооочень далеко и причём они не работали, Стояли диваны покурить, полюбоваться видом,взяли и их убрали зачем-то. Завтраки неплохие. Решайте сами,нужен ли вам этот отель. Персонал кстати приветливый.

Hotel ładny, bardzo czysty. Otrzymalismy pokój z niesamowitym widokiem. Mimo, że odpadł nam tynk z sufitu w łazience to obsługa miła, zaproponowali wymianę pokoju.

Ms Hannah at buffet service is super nice! I was having sore throat and she gave me lemon! She also checked with me every morning how my condition went! She is the best!!! For overall service is very good , we got problem with water on bathtub but the maintenance came fast and fixed immediately !

Windows were extremely dirty (although the hotel announced that they are starting cleaning it, they never managed to clean the ones in my room during my stay). The bathroom door is poorly positioned, making it difficult to move or stand comfortably when it’s open. The location is good, Business Bay metro station is nearby, but Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa are not really in a walkable distance.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic – the staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was super convenient, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Good hotel

Good view of the Burj Khalifa from the hotel room. I couldn’t ask for more! Room is nice. Only downside is the water leaks from the shower room and it was kind of messy and wet on the whole bathroom floor
