A lovely hotel with clean facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. The room was fantastic, well-equipped, and had everything you could need. While sunbeds are limited, we had no trouble finding plenty available during our stay—arrive early if you want the prime spots. Special thanks to the valet team for their outstanding professionalism and customer care. Cons: The large TVs detract from the hotel's elegance and the stunning views.

早機到達，原本只想放低行李，但酒店不但可以提早check in(早上11點)還upgrade了房間，實在喜出望外。員工態度友善及積極，由下車一刻已感受到。位置雖然比較遠離downtown，但反而覺得環境很清靜，令人很relax, 酒店附近有超市，亦有很多餐廳選擇。外出的話，如果租車的就不是問題，又或者Uber亦容易call到車。

在出發當天凌晨兩點打電話，根本不看客人是否在休息，就説了一堆，只是確認了入住日期就掛了電話，結果第二天在完全不知情的情況下派車去機場接，我們也完全不知道，且沒有乘坐，check out的時候就要強行收取270迪拉姆，是正常打車的五倍，從來沒有遇到過這樣的黑店，太差勁了，大家都要小心。

A modern hotel at a peaceful location away from downtown etc. However the checkin process is slow and their internal reservation systems are messed up. This is my third trip and everytime i book it with Trip.com, the hotel cannot find the booking and I have to reach out to customer support and spend 2 hours on resolution. Hope Trip.com fix this once and for all

Ну это во-первых совершенно шикарный новый район. 15 минут до аэропорта. Отель аккуратненький, в самом центре всей жизни на районе. Бассейн не большой, но его достаточно. Можно лежать целый день и любоваться видом на сити. Номер отличный. Случилась странная история с оплатой номера. Менеджер на ресепшен на второй день заблокировал мне дверь и после обращения сказал, что оплата с trip.com не поступила. Потребовал внести залог в сумме проживания. Пришлось все бросить и звонить в банк. Мой банк подтвердил оплату, о чем я менеджеру документально подтвердила. Однако,он не унимался и все равно требовал,чтобы я звонила сама в Trip и разбиралась с оплатой и оставила депозит. Я отказала, причем пришлось повысить голос. Он сам стал звонить (мог бы разобраться сам и не заваривать эту кашу). В результате, оплату Trip подтвердил. Я провела час вечернего времени стоя на ресепшен.. после звонка начальнику предоставил поздний выезд как компенсацию… осадочек (

🌟太臟了！！！不敢相信這是Emaar的酒店！ 窗簾上掛着厚厚的灰，被子的裏面像是從2019年開業到現在沒洗過，翻個身被子的煙味和臭味就能聞到，床頭的櫃子也沒有擦，味道非常重！ 🌟和代理對接的員工惡意拖延入住顧客訊息！ 辦理入住的工作人員查不到顧客訊息，幾次打電話溝通，最後強調顧客已經等了一個小時後對方才願意更新！ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟酒店前台非常友善，尤其是一位女士！待客停車小哥非常熱情！ 如果入住雲溪港，推薦住EMAAR的其它酒店品牌

Great view and quick access from the airport. All staff are very friendly, rooms for improvement in product knowledge. Bathroom cleanliness is poor, mold in the bathroom and wood panel is very dirty.
