Super fijn hotel in de buurt van het centrum, 10 min met de auto. Daarnaast is het personeel vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kamer zijn groot en netjes.

這家五星級酒店真是無可挑剔！服務貼心周到，房間寬敞舒適，設施一流，餐飲美味豐富。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，都是絕佳選擇。強烈推薦！

That is not a 5 stars as advertised. It was like B&B, and with no proper common area to work, rest or have meeitngs. It only had some shared facilities with the neighbouring Atria Residences. I recommend the northern side of Business Bay

這次出國去杜拜出差，本想着忙碌一天後能在酒店好好放鬆一下，誰知道碰上了這輩子最噁心的事。 那天結束一天高強度工作，我渾身疲憊，就想舒舒服服泡個熱水澡。放好水後，我剛邁進浴缸，一抬頭，眼前景象直接讓我頭皮發麻——澡盆前一大片黑黃污漬，再仔細一看，非常可能就是屎和尿的殘留。當下我直接從浴缸裏跳出來，胃裡一陣翻江倒海，差點吐出來，當晚更是噁心到睡不着覺。 第二天，我就向酒店投訴了這糟心事。可一直等到下午，才有個自稱經理的人姍姍來遲。跟他溝通時，他不僅沒給出任何解決方案，居然還反問我想要怎麼解決。我強壓怒火，提出退款要求，他當時表面上答應得好好的，結果轉頭就食言，純粹是在忽悠我。 最後還是攜程的服務人員盡心盡力，反覆和酒店爭取，才好不容易幫我退了一晚的房費，在此感謝攜程的工作人員，非常認真負責。 真心勸各位要去杜拜出差的朋友，千萬別選這家酒店！衞生狀況差到突破底線，出了問題還各種推諉，毫無擔當。出門在外，本就想住得舒心，碰上這種酒店，真的太影響心情和工作狀態了。把我的經歷分享出來，希望大家都能避開這個“大坑” 。 This is the most disgusting experience in my overseas business trip. After a day's work, I wanted to take a bath. After filling the hot water and entering the bathtub, I suddenly looked up and found that the front of the bathtub was black and yellow. Looking around carefully, it was all black and yellow. It should be feces and urine. I immediately jumped out and almost vomited. I couldn't sleep all night. I complained to the hotel that day, and a so-called manager came to communicate the next afternoon. Not only did he not give a solution, but also asked me to give a solution. I said refund, and he promised on the surface, but the result was to deceive me. Finally, it was the service staff of Ctrip who fought repeatedly and reluctantly refunded the fee for one night. I strongly recommend that people on business trips to Dubai should not go to this hotel. Not only is the sanitary condition poor, but also shirks responsibility when there is a problem and has no responsibility at all.

Все отлично, но далеко от метро

The hotel is decent. The service was bad. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Their beds were not ready. Everything we asked for took a lot of time- coffee, room service, towels, and help with attraction. Even to get an extra room key card. Breakfast was also very limited and when we woke up early not all the stations were open. Very bad experience in terms of service. Will not get back there.

Basically, this hotel is the worst hotel in Dubai. 1. Too expensive price compared to their facilities. Also the employees are the worst, not kind and unfriendly. They have no early check in system. The said they will call when they have available room little early. But they never call after the check in hour has passed. Also room cleaning service is not fixed, any time they come even at 5:30pm. I never ever recommend this hotel.. they said 5 stars, No way it is 2 star hotel..

I'm not happy with the room service in general.
