I asked the receptionist to give me a room with a good view but she gave me a room with a back view although that the floor was having many empty rooms House keeping staff is very kind and friendly.

This front desk staff member named Shafali is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in all my travels. When we first handed her our passports, she was flirting with a male security guard and chatting with her male colleague, showing a dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no polite language—she only spoke in single words like "passport" and "second passport," which came across as highly unprofessional. When we requested a second key card, she outright refused without any explanation. What made it even more frustrating was that I had clearly stated "two separate beds, please" in the special requests on Trip, but upon entering the room, we found it was a double bed. She hadn’t even bothered to confirm my request! In the end, we had to ask the housekeeping staff to convert the double bed into two single beds on the spot. After a long and tiring journey, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to make the bed, which was a complete waste of time. Since she refused to provide a second key card, we had to go back downstairs to ask a male front desk staff member for an additional one, further wasting our time. In contrast, the housekeeping staff on the sixth floor and the security guards downstairs were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant smell near the elevator exit. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly tasty. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and the airport, making it a suitable choice for travelers catching flights.

住了兩天，離地鐵很近。算了整個杜拜最划算的酒店了吧，再也找不到這麼便宜的了。下次來不折騰了，直接住這，離機場近，身床上還能看到地鐵

I had a great stay. The room us spacious and cozy, bed is comfy. The bathroom is big and clean. Staff was friendly. Wifi works great. Breakfast can get crowded, but the buffet is great. The location is convenient with a metro station close by. All in all a great hotel for a couple of nights in Dubai.

Выбрала отель из-за близости к аэропорту в Дубае (терминал 1) и потому, что Trip.com предложил скидку 50%. Если бы я заплатила полную стоимость, поставила более низкую оценку,. Из плюсов. Мне дали номер повышенной категории, чем забронировала, рядом есть метро, хорошая звукоизоляция, хорошая кровать, постельное белье.  Из минусов. Отель уставший, в нем нет крепкого любящего управляющего: окна очень грязные, в номере чисто, но много мелочей, которые портят впечатление о проживании - крышка от чайника отваливается, болтается ручка в душевой кабине,  трещины в штукатурке вокруг ванны. В описании отеля указан термальный источник. Его там нет! Утром пошла в СПА. По пути встретила отошедшие обои в коридоре, пыльник, очень старые пластмассовые цветы в коридорах и в кабинетах спа, бассейн маленький, очень пахнет хлоркой, в джакузи на дне грязь, в сауне- сломанная деревянная подушка для лежания, подаренные и неэстетичные шкафчики. В-общем, лучше бы туда не ходила. Впечатления удручающие. Если у вас трансфер, нужно просто переночевать, отель сстоит дёшево. Выбирайте. Если другие обстоятельства  - я бы хорошо подумала, прежде чем его выбрать Фотографии почему-то не загружаются. Они есть!
