Very dust apartment and aircondition not cooling even balcony very dirty and full of dust even balcony door marked of hand not clean very well locked of service also bathroom very dirty so disappointed even main door broken we cannot sleep well because of dust

Everything was perfect. Clean room. Helpful staff. Good price.

The hotel location is excellent

Needs to be upgraded and feels like very old apartment and not so much clean

Its a good hotel needs some renovation

Third class hotel. Third class service. Hated every second in there. The washroom smelled, there were no toiletteries or towel on check in. Room was dirty. AC did not work. My last stay in this hotel.

シャワーの水圧が低い、ぬるいお湯しか出ない、シャンプーが無い、タオルが無い、飲みかけのペットボトルが置いてある。ドバイの地でホテルと名乗るのは難しいと思います。ブルジュ・ハリファ ビュー?少なくとも私の泊まった部屋からは見えませんでした。お金を返してほしいくらいです。

معاملة الإستقبال و الموظفين و العمال النظافة سيئة للغاية. The treatment of the reception, staff and cleaners is very bad

We stayed here just overnight but the room was okay, spacious though quite old. The staff were helpful in getting a room with Burj Al Khalifa view. Satisfied with everything.

Great hotel and excellent location. Breakfast was adequate.

اشكر trip لا تاحة الفرصة لي زيارة مدينة دبي وبالاخص فندق الامارت غراند هوتيل من الفنادق الجميله الهادئة وجميله بموظفيها من الاستقبال الى مراقبي الغرف وكذالك مواقف السيارات متوفرة والامن على مدار الساعه وقربة من برج خليفة ودبي مول وكذالك سعاره متناول الجميع

I called them in the morning for 5-6 times for towel.. but didn’t got … very poor service.. zero star ..
