The location was awesome. 5 minutes walk to Red Line Insurance Market. And a 10-15 min walk to the Mall of Emirates. In front of the hotel there is bus stop that can also bring you to the main bus station at Mall of Emirates. The neighbourhood has a lot of food options—Indian, Lebanese, Chinese and more. There are supermarkets everywhere to buy groceries to cook in the hotel. The hotel space was huge for 2 people.

Отель расположен в 4 минутах пешком от метро, легко найти. Рядом супермаркеты, есть плита, посуда, холодильник, ванная. Удивило наличие халата (чего не было в отеле 5 звезд). Тапочки, вода, чай и кофе со сливками. Единственный момент, который не понравился и из-за которого я не остановлюсь тут больше (по крайней мере в студии) - кровать находится прямо у входной двери, и у стенки коридора. До 1.30 вам не дадут спать шумные туристы с детьми (кричат на весь коридор и дети и их родители). А рано утром они же снова повторяют свои крики и шум. Лифт, уборщики с утра(. Мне очень нужно было поспать (поездка на 2 дня, перелёты туда и обратно), но увы не получилось(.

住咗四晚，只係叫佢執了一晚房間，因為執完房間，毛巾都無俾，水又每日叫才俾一支 ，牙刷都冇準備，好彩我自己有帶

The room doesn't look very nice. Furniture is very old. Dust and bad smell are everywhere. Personal is too unfriendly and rude. You should make valid your plastic key on reception every single day again that too inconvenient. The same problem is with internet. Don't recommend.

Good location but extremely bad service. They first allowed us visitors then they disallowed the visitors and our friends had to wait on the street until we got dressed. They’ve come up to our room 5 times in one day. Truly disappointing and would not recommend anyone to go there ever!

Our stay was amazing! It was one of the best stays we have ever had in Dubai because of Rose Gardens Hotel Apartments Al Barsha. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and were always very nice to us. They made our stay very pleasant and we loved everything about the hotel throughout our entire stay.

Very well services !! Excellent I would recommend my friends & family .. enjoy my stay here thank you to all the staff thanks for the help of the bellboy Mr. Abu and reception Mr. Genesis. We really enjoyed our stay . Hope to come back again for a wonderful stay.
