Ritz Carlton DIFC Downtown Dubai arvostelua

This was my second time staying at Ritz Carlton DIFC. I had to check in early as I was on a long layover in Dubai. The hotel was able to accommodate my early check in request and my stay was perfect. The bell boy who helped me both during check in and check out (in early morning hours) was extremely welcoming and made me felt welcome and taken good care of. Thank you! The location is very convenient if you have appointments in DIFC. I was working in the hotel room during the day and had room service food, food quality was also excellent.

Great 5 star Hotel. Room are great, nice view surrounded by good restaurants . Slightly far away to the new town area, while I have to go to the old town area; even though a small front desk not as grand as it looks.

The hotel definitely needs renovation, I really enjoyed the view, I think if you’re staying if you’re staying for one or 2 nights, it’s OK.

The location is very good , the hotel is nice and clean and nice staff , I recommend !

Great location even though the entrance is not easy to access with construction nearby. The service is perfect, food is excellent. Youssef from the front desk is the best

Arrived at 5 am for check-in and from when I checked in to check out each staff I encountered were perfectly generous, hospitable and patient. Superb customer service

Passing through the dramatic entrance, a spectacular 10-story waterfall cascades against the building's exterior, setting a grand, serene tone right in the middle of the buzzing concrete jungle. Inside, the limestone walls and polished marble floors are heavily adorned with striking

The location is perfect next to dubai mall , and there is a mall next to the hotel also alot of cafes and restaurants the pool is cozy and nice atmosphere the staff is professional and fast i recommend it its very nice 👍🏼

Very good breakfast, very quiet atmosphere. Nice staff, everyone helped with everything.

It was ok not the greatest and I was assigned a room on the 4th floor despite having booked a higher category which was supposed to be on 6th and higher
