The room is well maintained. There is few supermarkets within working distance.

The location is far from town. A bit confusing as it has a few building of the same name . Abit of walk to the metro

I have stayed at this hotel couple of times. Facilities are good but the service is a let down. I have asked for a quiet room and I was told by reception there could be some noise due to renovation, I was ok if there’s some noise in daytime due to renovation, but I wasn’t informed that there is a painting job going on and the strong smell of paint filled the room. When I informed the staff, I was told painting is not in the hotel but upon my insistence they checked again to confirm that painting is going on. I have informed the staff that smell of paint is strong and it’s a HEALTH AND SAFETY issue for the hotel guests. But I was told they can’t stop the painting.

Los trabajadores muy atentos siempre Y dándole una solución a todo ,le falta mantenimiento al hotel buenas instalaciones pero en nuestra habitación uno de los aires acondicionados sonaba bastante y estaban de obras en alguna planta y no se podía descansar bien por lo demás bien

Very neat and clean family apartments.

They meet our expectation, hotel is clean and tidy, amenities are accessible , receptions are accommodating and friendly. Staff are nice and fast. All in all we are very happy to have stayed and will definitely be back to the same hotel apartment soon.

An amazing place to stay with family. A little bit of disturbance due to some construction or upgrade going on but overall amazing.

It was good option for families to use the service apartment option. Good Indian breakfast food options

入住時刷卡付款了按金和税340迪拉姆。離店時又刷卡付款了税40迪拉姆，前台説兩天時間就會退回第一次刷卡的按金、税。但現在已經過了一個月，酒店一直沒有退回按金和税340迪拉姆。 I paid a deposit and tax of 340 AED during check-in. When check-out, I paid 40 dirhams in taxes. The reception staff said they would refund the deposit and tax within two days. But now it has been a month and the hotel has not refunded the deposit and tax of 340 AED.
