Nice hotel and well managed

房間不錯，周圍環境安靜，適合度假，服務也好，房間衞生也不錯，衹是房內的大浴缸的壁清洗不夠乾淨。早餐食品品種多，但自我感覺有點偏鹹。

房間大小還行，但是有味，陰暗，空調衹有涼風，沒有牙具，前台嚴肅。遊池，位置還可以。總體一般般

A special mention to Adel and Neha from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to assist us when we faced challenges with a local payment. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication were truly commendable. We also want to express our gratitude to Samuel and his team, who greeted us daily with warm smiles and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamlessly handled, setting the tone for the impeccable service we experienced throughout our visit. The Housekeeping staff deserves recognition for their attentiveness and thoughtful turndown service. From the shower menu’s bath bombs to the selection of teas, every detail was designed to enhance relaxation. We especially enjoyed preparing a cup of chamomile tea, soaking in the calming ambiance with soothing music, and indulging in the Patchi chocolate squares and bottled water left at bedside. These thoughtful touches made bedtime a luxurious and serene experience. The hotel’s strategic location on the Palm was another highlight of our stay. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while admiring the skyline at dawn and ending the day with the same enchanting view at dusk was unforgettable. The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully prepared, and offered a diverse range of choices. 房間性價比不太高，與同價位酒店沒辦法比。

房間好，服務好

The resort is huge with plenty of facilities to entertain the kids. My daughter have plenty of fun at the kids club and the various pool. The spa facilities is good too but the masseur I had definitely is sub standard.

Nice hotel, good service, food is excellent. Managment is very involved in the guest request.
