I had a really good stay and the hotel staff was very courteous, I didn't get to use all the facilities so can't really judge that. the room was really spacious and provided with all the necessities I might require

The location of the hotel is just great. Only a five minutes walk of the mall from where you can go to the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Furniture is not that new, but it is ok. Breakfast is poor and tables are not clean at all. Here the hotel has still some work to do. Overall good hotel for the price you need to pay, breakfast could be better.

cleanliness issue The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room.

i had best experience with your hotel am so excited to say your are among best hotels in dubai the service, cleanness, good attitude, for sure your give the best i will come back again and again and again keep it up 👍
