Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et le commercial JAY a été parfait, réussissant à nous proposer une suite à couper le souffle face au Burj Khalifa, que nous avons bien sûr acceptée. Comme il fallait patienter le temps de la préparer, il nous a gentiment offert d’aller prendre une boisson au bar. Nous avons commandé deux cafés, et ma compagne a demandé un supplément de lait…
C’est là que le ton a changé. Au moment de partir pour rejoindre notre chambre, la serveuse nous a réclamé **6 AED** pour le petit pot de lait. Cette demande, d’une mesquinerie incroyable, nous a profondément choqués. J’ai travaillé dans des palaces parisiens pendant mes études, et jamais, au grand jamais, une telle demande n’aurait été faite à un client dans un établissement de standing.
Cette situation nous a laissés un goût amer. Nous avons l’habitude de faire des haltes à Dubaï, mais après ce choc, nous ne nous arrêterons **jamais** au Marriott. Réclamer 6 AED pour un peu de lait est d’une avarice honteuse et rabaisse cet établissement au rang d’un simple boui-boui. Une telle pratique est indigne d’un hôtel qui prétend offrir un service de qualité.

Amazing hotel staff and breakfast. The view from our room was best . Staff is very cooperative.

Соотношение цена - качество отличное, мы не пожалели что остановились именно здесь.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый, очень много сотрудников в каждой секции, и каждый сотрудник пытается чем либо помочь гостям, никто не стоит без дела.
Сам номер у нас был достаточно большой, кровать тоже была большого размера, постельное белье было чистым и ничем не пахло, что для меня, как для аллергика важно.
За время пребывания уборку проводили ежедневно дважды в день, бонусом каждый день в номере оставляли комплименты в виде конфеток, мелочь - а приятно.
На завтраках большой выбор еды, были блюда европейской, азиатской и арабской кухни, и все что мы попробовали было свежим и вкусным.
Если подытожить, то мы остались довольны и с хорошим впечатлением о данном отеле.
