I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Al Barsha during my trip to Dubai. The hotel offers a comfortable and affordable experience, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. The rooms were clean, cozy, and equipped with all the basics needed for a short stay.
One thing to note is the location—while the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station, it is still manageable if you're comfortable walking or using taxis. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the city center by car, so it's a good balance between affordability and accessibility.
Overall, I recommend Ibis Al Barsha for travelers who are looking for a cheaper stay and don't mind being a little farther from central Dubai. Great value for the price!

Great breakfast buffett. Appealing design and plenty of seating area in lobby to chill or work. However, a few points to improve: Bathroom shower drainage was below average, bathroom flooded after each shower. Wash basin should have a shelf to put amentjes

Slightly below Average experience of a 3 star hotel. I requested early check-in, high floor and slippers. Nothing major but it was requested 2 months in advance. So to my surprise it was not given and no communication given to inform me in advance. I had arrived around 5am and was forced to wait for OVER 7 hours to get a room. Absolutely ridiculous and to make it worse, as I was fasting in Ramadan, I was not allowed to be refunded for the Breakfast Buffet I PAID for in advance as I could not eat during 6am-11am breakfast timings. It took some time before the cafe staff very kindly allowed me to get a breakfast box to take prior. So I was quite appalled at the fact that those days I fasted without having Suhoor even though I had paid for it and no suitable compensation offered.
Food quality was average, not fresh tasting at all.
