Bulgari Resort, Dubai arvostelua

I went downstairs to have tea at 2 pm, and when I returned to my room at 4 pm, I discovered that my wallet had been tampered with and about 6000 RMB was missing. When I approached the front desk to ask for access to the surveillance footage, they ignored my request. It is truly bizarre that there are thieves at the Bvlgari Hotel. What's even more bizarre is that after I reported the incident to the police and they came to my room, they just walked around, ate the chocolates in the room, and then left without offering any help. The hotel refuses to provide access to the surveillance footage or any investigative assistance. Paying 7000 RMB for one night at a hotel and experiencing such treatment is absolutely disgusting. Furthermore, the hotel is infested with various cockroaches and ants. It's just too terrible.
