We enjoyed our stay and my son didn't want to leave, especially the pool.

روعة الفندق نظيف جدا ويديد وحبيت كل شي فيه من ناحية الديكور صراحة حبيت شي يديد وغريب وحلو اول مرة اشوف شراته والحلو موقعه وايد ينفع للي مب من الامارات إذا بيون دبي يسكنون فيه انصح وبشدة لأنه جريب من دبي مول بعد تقدرون تروحون له مول وتاكلون فيه وسينما وتسوق وبعد تردون ف الفندق وكل شي فيه حلو وأكلهم لذيذ وكل شي سعره زين والفعاليات صوب الحوض حلوة وحاطين سينما فكرة ممتازة ، تجربة يديدة وحلوة انصح بشدة

This hotel is fantastic!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed 3 nights on an extended layover and loved everything. The room has everything you need, the bed was extremely comfortable and there are 4 pillows in different sizes and hardness. Perfect! The whole vibe of the hotel is so special! I loved every aspect of the interior design - it‘s so pretty!! I also ate at both restaurants and pool bar and my food was always exceptional (the pizza downstairs is divine!!) I also used their transfer to Dubai Mall - very convenient. And lastly, I want to mention the staff. Everyone I got in contact with went out of their way! The service quality in Dubai seems to be high in general but I felt so welcome at Mama Shelter, everyone was so friendly and it made it an amazing experience for me. It‘s definitely one of the best hotel I stayed in and I will always check now if my next destination has a Mama hotel! Love love love!!!

Really great place to stay with a unique welcoming vibe, clean, new, lively and very comfortable with amazing staff that go above and beyond. Specially Louis! He found me tickets that were sold out and was always there to offer help and a smile.

Прекрасный уютный отельчик сети Mama Shelter, с присущим ему французским современным шармом, в районе Business Bay! Совсем небольшие номера, но в целом есть всё необходимое. Как здесь уже многие написали, мы тоже заценили пушистые белые халаты и тапочки) Ещё очень понравились высокие тяжелые зеркальные стильные двери в туалет и душевую, хорошие качественные туалетные принадлежности и косметика. Классная зона бассейна, где можно покупаться и позагорать днём, и приятно почилить с коктейльчиком вечером, играет музычка, уже не так жарко, кайф) Завтраки в французском стиле, багеты, круассаны) Но на самом деле хватает всем и всего, за мягкий посол красной рыбы отдельный респект! Над оформление общественных мест дизайнеры откровенно заморочились! Понравилось. Лайк. Рекомендуем)

The hôtel was good but the room they gave me was near to the highway so very noisy + no view on the burj as booked. I still enjoyed my stay there even the noise
