호텔에서 변기가 물안내려가는 경험은 처음이네요. 물이 역류해서 고생했습니다

It was great.

방은 매우 청결하게 유지되고 있으며 조식 또한 그래이드가 높은편입니다. 전철이 좀 멀리떨어져있어 약간 불편했으나 대체적으로 양호했읍니다

My expirence at this hotel was very bad. It was not very good in the early checking by the staff there. I had wait for three hours and then when i was given a room, there was already someone else in it.

Location good, food average, amenities average, look for some good and suitable choice for peace of mind

We had a good stay in this hote as we got very less price as it was ramjan session, very nice hotel located in center. Room was very nice,

Very bad experience

It was good but we missed to be in the hotel more time i decided book for more 2 nights as location was great also stuffs very kind

Hotel rooms is very nice but more small cockroaches are there must be taken care of management other than that all good

I have booked the room for 2 adults and the booking is also confirmed. But when my guest came to stay, the guy at the reception mentioned that the person can't stay. That is totally against what they mentioned in their rule book. It's very poor experience for me, will not suggest anyone to stay here.

I have not been told by make my trip that the hotel does not allow visitors. Just give you a brief on what happened. I have reached hotel at 2pm waited more than 2 hours for checkin and got the keys on hand at 3:15pm. Further to which, one of my friend came to visit me and the hotel staffs didnt allow at access my room even with the submission of id’s. This is so strange and never faced it earlier. I have checked out the hotel at 4:30pm. I would like to request a refund due to the same issue.

Rukn al sohra precious stones. The appartmnet was good. Have much spacious. But the parking was little difficult
