Low Cost Alternative to rents paid in Ithaca. This is a “Handicap Accessible”efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/whirlpool tub/shower, internet TV, and WiFi.
Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.
Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door.
Some nearby places to enjoy:
-Cayuga Lake (15 minutes away)
-Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trail
-Hiking at one of the State Parks within a 1/2 hour of the house (Treman, Buttermilk Falls, (Taughannock Falls 45 minutes, and Watkins Glen 1 hour).
-The Greek Peek resort (10 minutes away for Winter Skiing, summer has a zip line, mountain biking, mountain coaster etc. plus an indoor water park.About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Close to Ithica and Cornell this clean, complete basement apartment has everything we needed: fully furnished kitchen, comfortable seating area, Queen bed, and soaking tub. While there is no window, the air conditioner/fan keeps the air moving and fresh. We enjoyed relaxing here after sightseeg and slept soundly in this quiet cacoon.

Dryden stay
This apartment has an excellent location. The owners provided very good instructions. It is in a basement and has no windows which is nice for privacy. It is well furnished and very comfortable.

Very Private
Was a great little place for me , my son and his friend. The owners gave us our privacy, we didn't even meet them, it was like having our own place. Everything was easy, clean and just perfect. Close to Ithica, bike paths, waterfalls etc.

Excellent ground level Vrbo for a convalescent surgery patient
We were in a nice warm basement (built in to hill apartment), all in one room with a great whirlpool bath in the separate bathroom.

Great travel choices
The place was perfect for what we needed and at that price you could not be at it. It was as good as any Hotel room in the area and alot better on price. We will definitely stay there again.
