Everyone was great until the last day of our trip. Our room was having problems with the hot water and they were doing their best to try and find out what was wrong. Not having hot water to take a shower is very disappointing and felt like we deserved a discount due to it and our stay being three nights. We have two kids, 6 and 7, and they needed a warm bath. We are not Hilton Honor members and I tried to sign up, but it kept telling me the email was already used.? I think my husband was a little more vocal about it and the front desk clerk, "Tyiashia," did not have any answers and was "done" with us. She made very little eye contact with me and none with my husband when he approached her. Very rude and disrespectful to us. The maintenance man, Brad, was great! He was the one to call the GM and get our price adjusted. I had great feelings about this place, even with the problem of the hot water, until the very end and we were leaving. It was obvious she was glad to see us go. I don't think she truly believed we had problems. I get it, they probably hear about complaining customers all the time and sometimes it is hard to deal with. She was not a representive of what this hotel is about. I just could not let this go without a review.
