The facilities in this hotel is quite good. As this hotel is located in an area with many embassies, it is very safe.

Excellent service. Comfortable rooms and the food was amazing. My husband and I spent Valentines Day at the hotel and we had the most amazing time. The life band in the evening and decor was excellent. The environment was quiet which made our stay relaxing. I would come back again. ❤️

The location is relatively remote in a high-end area, but it is safe and quiet. The interior decoration is well maintained and the rooms are tidy. Catering supply level is acceptable. Overall service reaches European and Asian standards. It is suitable for short term stays on business.

出差都是先訂2個晚上，如果OK就續訂，這邊酒店比較冷清，但是還是覺得是比較好的選擇，安靜，安全！

Great place to lodge. Very Clean and very friendly staff. One of the few hotels I’ve been too with great surround music at all times. Will definitely be back.

Du très haut standing au meilleur prix, Merci ! Du très haut standing qui n'a rien à envier aux hôtels de luxe de l'occident. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. La présence des agents de sécurité à l'extérieur est rassurante. Une très bonne situation géographique, juste à côté de l'ambassade de France. Un accueil chaleureux, Du personnel respectueux, souriant et à disposition des clients. Des services de qualité, Une propreté irréprochable, Un confort haut de gamme, J'ai fait plusieurs hôtels 4* à travers le monde et le Platinum fait la différence avec son excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les produits locaux, frais et de saison. il ne serait pas hasardeux de penser que c'est le meilleur hôtel 4* de Douala en ce moment, pour un budget modéré. Nous y retournerons, avec pour objectif de prendre la suite. Nous l'avons visité, elle nous a fait rêver...

My next business trip brought me to Douala, Cameroon. My first time in the city so was not sure what to expect. Was booked in the Platinum Cocotiers. A relatively new hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and have all the trappings to conduct your business effectively. WIFI connectivity is excellent, and staff are friendly and always ready to help. There are 2 restaurants in the Hotel. Restaurant on the first floor serves breakfast which is decent and is open from 6 to 10am. The other restaurant on the ground floor is open for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a limited menu but food served is fresh and good. Alcoholic drinks are also available. Being a small hotel during my stay there were not too many guests hence occupancy was low and at times seemed like I was the only guest in the hotel. Bed and Pillows are comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is close to Douala Port and my room provided a good view of the harbor from the balcony. My stay nevertheless was comfortable, and I enjoyed the peace and serenity the low occupancy provided.
