"Each time I visit Douai, I book this hotel. The receptionists are smiling and caring for their customers. Always on the starting block to please or accommodate customers. Clean room and OK bedding. (I only know the rooms on the ground floor, at my request)"

"Very very warm welcome; bedroom on the ground floor accessible by elevator; Evening stopover for 3 people including 2 children. Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Private parking; Restaurant and bar on site; The breakfast is substantial. I recommend this address for an evening stopover."

"Second time at that hotel and I still really like it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. First time I was there, I had musquitos in my room in November which was surprising, this time I did not have any. The room was clean and spacious. I also love the location which is straight on the city center and still a lot of public parking around the hotel.just heads up in case you have heavy luggage, that hotel has no lift and goes up to 3 floors. Other than that very nice and very friwndlyg 🥵"
