"Ok for a dog boarding house, but not a hotel! Every other night, we had to deal with barking dogs! The hotel accepts dogs, guests leave the dogs in the rooms and go away for their evening and the day!! So you have to complain to the reception every time, insist on finding the customers, once at 2 a.m., another time at 10 p.m.! And during the day, the poor dog stays alone in 4m2!! In addition, the hotel was renovated, but since then everything has fallen into disrepair, without maintenance. Impossible to reach reception, the phone is broken, impossible to get the light on the mirror, it is broken! The carpets are new but stained. Etc…. Fortunately the staff is nice, but the management should do something. We'll go somewhere else next year."

"Second time at that hotel and I still really like it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. First time I was there, I had musquitos in my room in November which was surprising, this time I did not have any. The room was clean and spacious. I also love the location which is straight on the city center and still a lot of public parking around the hotel.just heads up in case you have heavy luggage, that hotel has no lift and goes up to 3 floors. Other than that very nice and very friwndlyg 🥵"
