Stayed there on business for two nights. - Staff not really friendly - Furniture, curtains, carpets and beds from the late 60s - No WiFi despite advertisement for it I would pay max 35 Euros per night in such a hotel but they charged 80. Breakfast looked not worth the 9 Euros they ask for. Seriously, this hotel only survives because of the stadium and event facilities nearby. Otherwise this would just have to close. It is that bad. Never again.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man in die Westfalenhalle möchte. Das ist aber auch alles. Das Hotel stammt offensichtlich aus der Mitte des letzten Jahrhunderts. Mein Zimmer war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit uralten Mobiliar, schien aber sauber zu sein. Allerdings hing eine Steckdose aus der Wand raus. Das Bad macht einen weniger sauberen Eindruck, Schimmel an den kaputten Fliesen. Eine Duschkabine, die man nicht richtig schließen konnte, weil die Türen nicht in den Schienen liefen und ein Brausekopf, der nicht richtig eingehängt werden konnte, weil die Halterung sich nicht befestigen ließ. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.

The room is small and old. Light in the hallways wasn't working. Hotel is severely overpriced in a city where I could get a much better hotel for much cheaper. WiFi didn't work in the room. I complained to the reception and asked for a refund. They refused to refund me on the spot, asked me for my details instead. Still haven't seen the money. Saving grace: the receptionist was nice and spoke good English.

Mein Kollege war leider etwas unzufrieden. Zuerst hat er ein Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen was leider noch nicht gereinigt war. Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und lt. ihm muffig. Frühstück war ok. Check Out war etwas unangenehm für Ihn, da obwohl schon alles bezahlt war, man ihn nicht geh lassen wollte, es wurden nach KK-Nummer gefragt und das inkl. Frühstück, was schon bezahlt war, sollte bezahlt werden.
