Such a lovely pub, with a great atmosphere and selection of drinks. Daniella and Ash was both so welcoming and friendly, we could have happily stayed chatting with them all day! Will definitely be returning soon and booking a room to stay!!!

Absolutely loved this place, the warm welcome from both Ashley and Daniella was so genuine. Having not being in the area before they were so helpful with tips of surrounding area, thanks guys for that. The atmosphere was totally relaxed and nothing seemed to much, I’d recommend in a heartbeat, and will definitely return.

Lovely pub very welcoming and friendly really nice atmosphere will definitely visit again . Thankyou again to ash and dannie we will definitely be back for more further visits in the near future with family and friends see you all again. Soon .

Really nice pub and atmosphere, great location. The new manager, Dannie, is really welcoming. Nice garden area, rooms are clean and well proportioned. Good priced drinks. All in all a great place to spend an afternoon in a lovely town, will visit again.

Enjoyed a few night stay here recently and was delighted at the quality of the rooms and how clean they were. Then the food and drinks variety sealed the package, without mentioning the entertainment on that weekend. Can't wait for my next visit

A nice honest pub with some letting rooms and weekend bands/entertainment. Enjoyed a stay here for two nights. Rooms were basic but clean as was the pub. Nice atmosphere and good quality beer. I think they do food but didn't have any on this occasion.

As the rooms are over a pub, you'd expect it to be noisy, but it was the opposite. Nice & quiet. Lovely staff, and the room was comfortable, with a TV, ensuite, double bed, desk, wardrobe & bedside lamp. I only stayed one night, and I found it to be the perfect place for a short stay. The staff were helpful, and there's a side entrance, so you don't have to enter/leave via the bar area. The hotel is on a main road & my room faced the road, but I didn't get disturbed by traffic at all, in fact I had a comfortable night's sleep.

We had a wedding in Dorchester and stayed here on the Friday and Saturday night. The owners were very friendly and the pub is obviously popular with the locals. We were not kept up by any noise at all and for the price paid, had no complaints. It's a basic room but the bed was comfy, shower hot and room clean. Thanks for the hospitality and we'd recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Dorchester.

The hotel was easy to find and had great service, the rooms were clean and we stayed on a friday night and it was really quiet we couldn’t hear anything from downstairs. Owners were lovely and helped us feel really settled and welcome. Was absolutely lovely if we are ever down again we would stay here.
