Disappointingly small room/bed They have Budget Doubles, Economy Doubles, Doubles and a Family Room. We booked the Economy Double. We were rather disappointed at just how small the room was although it was nicely finished. The bed was the smallest type of double at 4ft and after the first night we would have liked to have moved to a larger room/bed for our second night. But we were told that it wasn’t possible even though 5 of the 7 rooms were clearly unoccupied which surprised us. Also the day we arrived was really cold and there was no heating left on in the room and it was several hours before it warmed up. So all in all bit disappointing. Presumably the Budget Double is even tighter on space than the Economy Double. Our recommendation would be go for the Double if you want enough bed space.

Really friendly and helpful owner and staff. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed the night so didn't spend much time there. A little cramped in the deluxe room.

Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean,cozy and modern room. Nice fluffy towels and soft bed sheets. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast doesn’t start until 10:00 which was inconvenient as we like to get an early start. Watch yourself on the driveway, it’s very uneven.

We had a great time , very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not served before 10 am, so too late for us , and the restaurant was not open in the evening , but I’m sure it will be sorted out soon , it’s all new.

Okay room. The room was nice however i thought it was strange as it stated that on my check in email that we had been upgraded and when we got to the room, it was at the rear of the building an ok size however no where to put any clothes so everything had to stay in the case. View was onto a brick wall. Not sure what we were upgraded from. Would have been better if breakfast was an option and also somewhere to grab a drink and something to eat etc on an evening instead of having to travel for miles out.

Very good stay, clean, comfortable, in a good location close to South west coast path. We would have liked to have breakfast but 10am was too late for us.
