We had a superior apartment which had been updated but was dirty. Each room had dust balls, bathroom toilet and sink had what looked like sick on them. Patio was grimy. We came home with bites that our pharmacist said could be bed bugs. No housekeeping for the week except to have towels left in the outside area.

Do yourself a favour and just avoid this place. Check in was at 2pm and rooms still weren't ready by 4:30pm. We were told we could have access to the rooms but there would be no guarantee they would be cleaned. When they were eventually 'cleaned' the apartments were actually filthy. Food was all over the floor, stains all up the walls and 2 of our apartments had blood on the walls along with toe nails scattered about. We asked for housekeeping to come out and re-clean the rooms 3 times, this never happened. The grounds of the site are in poor condition, broken steps and rubbish thrown everywhere. Dirty bedsheets and bags of rubbish were left outside our apartments for 2 days before they were removed. It's not wheelchair or pram friendly in the slightest, we were constantly carrying the pram down steps. All of the beachfront restaurants are abandoned and it looks completely derelict. The complex is used as a school camp so there's constant hoards of teenagers around. The restaurant in the main complex is advertised as Al a carte, but when we got there we were told it was a buffet only and we weren't allowed to order anything off the menu. They tried to charge us €20 per head for pizza, pasta, pasta sauces and a salad bar as that was all they were offering for the buffet. We decided not to eat here. A cot was requested for a 1 year old child. The cot given to us had wooden slats missing and had nails sticking up into the mattress. Don't expect to have a decent shower either as the hot water will only last for 3 minutes, and that's if it works at all. Apartments only have a hob and a microwave so with no oven it was very difficult to cook a full meal. All the bins in the apartments were broken with metal sticking out and the lids broken off. A lot of the saucepans were given to us with broken handles so they were unusable. The place as a whole looks more reminiscent of a prison camp opposed to the family friendly holiday complex they adverise as. We did complain about all the issues but instead of actually fixing them, management just sent up a fruit basket. I would have been more happy with clean bedsheets and the blood removed off the walls.

Be aware; 20% of reviews rate this as "terrible" and nearly 60% as average or below. There is a reason for this! First, you should know this is a school holiday camp, with many dozens of teenagers enjoying the site facilities. They attend the restaurant in large groups turning it into a school canteen. I have no objection to young people having fun, but I would not have chosen this as my holiday destination. Second, although many apartments have now been completely refurbish and are spanking new inside, they are soulless and the sitting room sofa bed is not comfortable. Finally, the site is largely unkept and, in part, the remains of the building site (see photo of our 'superior' apartment terrace). We traveled with Jet2 and it is noticeable that they do not include any pictures of the apartments or grounds (this omission is not coincidence!). We travelled in early September and most sea font facilities were closed giving a feeling of being derelict. If not for these overriding factors I would have scored the rest as good or excellent.

If i could give minus 10, I would. This place is such a scam. They pay people to do few good reviews they have. We are here now and today people were eating on the steps of the restaurant since they have no proper place to seat all guests. Food is all gone by 8pm. Even staff said its a horrible situation and that owner or people under him just dont care. That since few people, including myself complain they just ignore it. I mean place is such a dump. I travel the world excessively and I know what you get at what price. This is just a disgrace. My brother is a very sick man and cannot eat food that is rewarmed and he got so sick today since they reuse all food from last few days. We have particularly monitored meat they serve and how they reuse all in the next days. Same for pastas and salads. This should at most be 1 star motel. Place is full of mold, restaurant floor os coming apart. Absolutely disgusting!!! Go to any other country, NOT croatian coast. Even Mexican riviera at the same price you get 10times better services. Learned from front desk that 14 people quit last few days. This is more like a prison than anything else

Very good place to stay with family, beach is not owercrowded, good food, apartments are already renewed, clean with full accessories. After some research we didn't know what to expect, however it is much better than reviews from past. Definitely recommend for families with kids.

We had a weeks break out of season in May. All of the staff and in particular the lady on reception were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them and were very helpful all week. We arrived about 8.30pm and it was just getting dark. We had a superior apartment which was literally 20 meters from the beach. It was faultless as an apartment, we couldn’t get the hob to work but we may have been doing something wrong, otherwise it was immaculate and clearly had recently been updated, everything was new and clean. The only downside was being so close to the beach, the apartment was down a lengthy steep hill and having some with mobility issues, would prove to be a bit of a challenge at times throughout the week, walking up to get to the supermarket or reception, however staff were very kind in helping take our luggage both to and from the apartment on arrival and when checking out. As it was out of season there was very little going on along the beachside restaurants and bars, there was a bar about 200 meters along from the complex however if you wanted to sample some local food other than the restaurant on site, you would have to take a walk of around half a mile along the beach to villa Segetski Dvori where you’ll find a limited but still very nice menu, or a bit further along, into Seget Donji where you’ll find a few more restaurants. I recommend Lido, the burgers are superb. Unfortunately the pool was having some work done on it and we were unable to make use of it. It did look that a bit more care and attention in places to the site could have been made, there was a bit of rubbish laying about and dirty linen bags waiting to be collected from where the rooms had been made up however it was mostly all gone the next day. The complex had quite a few students on site however in all honesty they never really bothered us as we were staying quite a bit of distance from them. As I said you can’t fault the staff, all were friendly and very helpful, however due to the location I think our next visit will be closer to Trogir where there is a lot more on offer for food etc. Taxis are expensive and you’d be much better taking an Uber if you want to visit anywhere. We took a trip to Trogir ( which is a must) and cost about €20 round trip. If you’re after a relaxing out of season holiday and don’t mind a walk then this would be ideal.

We had two-bedroom apartment. It was nice, fully equipped. Territory is big, but in the evenings, its very dark. Have to be careful on stairs. Food is very simple, but ok. Hotel is suitable for travelers with car.

We came from USA with the whole family. Food at the hotel can be better. Eating at the terrace is a great experience. We enjoyed the kayak , archery , softgun that the eklata animation team is providing for FREE to all the guests. Its a PLUS of value the hotel offers. Thanks Jerry , Ana, Martina y Emma for such a great time. YOU ARE THE BEST. The staff at the restaurant, cleaning ladies and reception are educated and kind.0

Everything was great, from staff to beaches and especially Eklata team and their activitys, all are free and the kids loved every one of them... Good for families with children an the beach beds are free to all...
