Good stay for families, all facilities function but for the parking very limited.

Homestay yg makan deposit,alasan deposit dlm masa 3 hri,tp alasan tdk mahu pulangkn deposit tk masuk akal...sdh la rm100 deposit kene online..

首先沒說明清楚訂房沒有「一定」提供車位，雖然寫有停車位但如果要停車就得和全棟飯店的住戶搶外圍的免費車格（目測大概20格左右吧😀），不然就得租一天幾十塊馬幣的飯店車位；住兩天一直出現大拇指大小的蟑螂，直接在飯店體驗一把抓蟲之旅👍🏻衛生問題有待考量；一般來說飯店的床上會提供有一定厚度的被子，但住下來只看到兩張薄被，所以就沒開空調了畢竟被子的薄厚度不保暖😀房內沒有提供wifi信息，需要的話要自己問，不過建議自購esim，因為房內網絡即便是5G也是挺卡頓的；如果是外地遊客要入住，不會馬來文的話最好不要訂這位屋主的房，可能會有溝通上的問題而且整體體驗很差，建議訂別間😀

Unfortunately very disappointing. The good bits - room was clean and as described in photos. However there were a number of things which made our stay less than ideal; The noise - if you want a good night's sleep then this may not be the place for you. You can hear everything in the corridor as if it's in your room. Doors opening, people talking, children screaming. Also we stayed Sat night and there was very loud live music playing nearby until at least midnight. The smell - the drain smell is awful. It was particularly bad in the morning but I have never smelt any drain that bad. Check in process - firstly the advert says tower A but the room is in fact Tower B so make sure you get dropped at the right place. There are no instructions. When we arrived it was clear no one had record of the booking and we were later made aware we should have received some communication from the hosts which never happened. Just a bad disorganised system that resulted in unwanted delays.

酒店高大整潔地理位置適中遠遠都看到不怕迷路 旁邊有食肄。離機場10分鐘車程。服務也體貼到位可惜其他設施不多了我已入住2次還會再來。

The experience of staying here is very good except for CAR PARKING. VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had to find parking outside the homestay because the visitor parking was full. It was very inconvenient because we had to get up early in the morning to move the car.

No parking provide. Toilet got smell all the time. Overall facilities is nice. Must swimming suit at the pool. I attached schedule operation day/hours swimming pool.
