Right from the 1st minute stepping in Front desk person Girish wanted me to upgrade by paying more money. I said I am ok , but he was not satisfied. He charged 1K more for late check out which is fine with me. Room service bill I was charged more for couple of items, when I raised the concern they said, sorry sir some new guy was preparing the bill, how unprofessional. While checking out front desk lady priyanka said you have to pat 2K for late checkin despite it was agreed for 1K. Later she said sorry sir, I was unaware. Buffet breakfast is worst - you have to wait 15-20 mins for any item that is finished, they just don't care. I went for Christmas dinner with Family, it was the worst decision. Buffet dinner had most items run out in minutes, no one bothered to refill, we had to leave the buffet by paying full amount and eat outside, again, they won't refill or care even after telling them 10 times. AVOID this Hotel at all cost. My Christmas was ruined.
