The fabric of the building was a little worn and tired. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat in so can’t comment on that. Great variety of food available in the Wool Market, 3 minutes walk away.

Book with one of my mates lovely staff always doing there best to help you out can’t do enough to make sure your stay is perfect rooms are spotless every single member of staff always has a smile on there face and they go out there way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible thanks jill

Stay all the time great place all team amazing Godiva shelly Jill rolanda Cheryl and nights jay have looked after me for weeks and jay even jay shared my cheesecake lovely clean comfy rooms thank you to you all and housekeepers who clean my room sorry not got your names

Thank you very much the staff has been most excellent I’m a t6 paraplegic and staff have looked after me very well looked after all my needs 10 out of 10 I lost my phone in the city and Cheryl the manager called it found it and even went out of her way to collect the phone
