Very friendly staff, they were welcoming on arrival and answered all our questions willingly. Comfy bed and great shower are always top of my list and didn’t disappoint. Having unlimited tea and coffee in reception is a nice touch. 12 o’clock checkout was really helpful too.

Frendley staff nothing was too much rooms are clean comfey and big better than being at home would recomend The bar next door has good food opshions from past to stake grat drink choce and good price but the staff omg Need exsta pillos no problem need wifi all good they got you thank you so much for being a home away from home

Noisey upstairs neighbours stomping around while my 1 year old is asleep. Kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on mine and my families doors thinking it’s funny when it isn’t (think it was some dance competition or something) so their parents should teach them to A) sleep at 10pm at night (seriously what young child is awake past 10pm!) and B) be quiet. So please be aware when staying during weekends/terms etc. My sister went to complain to reception, lady said she’d come and tell the parents but nothing happened so it carried on.. Location is amazing but I think when big groups come maybe try and put them all on one floor (preferably the bottom floor) so everyone else can get a peaceful night sleep. It’s best to be prepared for things like this so you don’t get complaints Bed was comfy (when I actually got some sleep) Tap pressure wasn’t so good (spraying instead of running water) Ate next door for 1 of the 3 nights - was good, just took a while to come as it was busy (30 mins for my babies food) (1 hour for ours)

Lovely staff and a big thank you to Steph on reception for helping with any issues I’ve had and been so helpful with getting room and WiFi sorted the room is really nice excellent facilities very clean and the hotel is also close to a lot of food places in case you are hungry

The girl on reception was lovely (I think she was called Sarah) checked me in with early check in very quickly. My room was very clean although definitely in need of an upgrade. The bathroom was also spotless. Everything was as expected and I would stay again.

Stayed here for a few nights whilst working away and everything was as it should be. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, what more do I need? The ladies on reception were lovely and the housekeepers were very accommodating when I asked for my room to be refreshed! The hotel itself is a little run down but that isn't the staffs fault. Breakfast in the pub next door was okay, very basic. All in all I would stay here again.
