Muy buena atención. Los animadores muy buenos y la comida riquísima. Melasa un genio y channel un crack. Jugamos mucho al voley y la salida al mar es excelente. Lo recomiendo Clases de baile y zumba muy buenas, junto con las de Aquagym en unas piscinas muy bonitas. Espero volver pronto.

Excelente experiencia en todos los sentidos, limpieza, servicio, excelente comida. Destaco al personal, todos personas amables y atentas, especialmente una persona Starling Vasquez quien nos atendió en el buffet del hotel, muy servicial y preocupado de que estuviéramos cómodos y bien atendidos. Gracias Starling por todas tus atenciones, desde Chile agradecemos tus cariñitos❤️

We had read mixed reviews before we stayed here but did not expect the hotel to be so bad! We checked out 10 days early and moved to another hotel it was that bad. Please don't waste your money on booking this hotel - unless you expect 2 star quality, not 4 star! The staff were rude and didn't care and the food quality and temperature was disgusting. The only good thing was the cleanliness. We had to book for the buffet Christmas Eve as it was the celebration event and had to pay for the wine (never done that before on an All Inclusive). We arrived for our slot and ended up in a queue of about 50 people all holding our plates for what we thought would be a festive feast. The quality of the food was very poor and warm at best. As I hadn't received my pre-ordered bottle of wine, I approached the staff and very politely asked for my wine. One kissed her teeth, rolled her eyes and walked away. The other one said she'd sort it out but when it arrived it was the wrong wine so they said they would get me the one I ordered. When it didn't arrive, I approached a Manager and politely asked for my wine again. He had no idea what he was doing but said he'd sort it out. I then saw a member of staff walking aimlessly around with what I assumed was my bottle of wine. He then returned it to the Manager who put it back in the fridge! I approached the Manager again and said i thought that maybe that was my wine - it was! By that time, I'd eaten my lukewarm dinner and had enough. After another two days of poor food and rude staff, we decided we needed to move to an alternative hotel. When we checked out 10 days early, we were give a form at reception to explain the reason why (obviously happens pretty often) which was then taken to a Supervisor. No-one asked how they could make our stay better or apologised - we just left and got a cab to our new hotel. So if you want a variety of quality food that's hot and tasty and staff that actually smile and are polite, book somewhere else.

Buena relación precio-calidad Cosas a mejorar: - Los postres del buffet, son feos, prácticamente ninguno es rico. -Los animadores son copados, y amables, pero estaria bueno que organizaran más actividades/juegos. -No hay jugos naturales durante el dia -Falta agua caliente en las habitaciones Destacables -Vistas hermosas -Lindas y limpias piletas - Empleados con buena actitud y energia en general. -Buffet con buena variedad de comidas y ricas.

Muy buena variedad de comidas en el restaurant y en especial la atención de Starling. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Acceso a la playa sin arena y profunda, excelente opcion para hacer snorkel y visualizar peces de colores y pequeños corales. Animacion y show buenos.
