The Rio Grande Southern was like going back in time to the late 1800's. Location, convenient location, historical. Thank you again, over and over through the years. It was like going to a family members home. Clean, comfortable, relaxation in the mountains.

This property was rezoned residential in 2015 and is currently under contract with a buyer. The new buyer must bring the building up to code and apply for rezoning once all renovations are complete. Please check back in a few months.
