酒店位置靠近瓦奇夫市場，也靠近伊斯蘭文化博物館，靠近海邊，周圍吃的也很多，房間比較大。酒店的工作人員很熱心。

便利，去附近的幾個博物館都很方便。房間夠大。

酒店真的很差，隔音不好，魚龍混雜，反正不建議住，根本不是照片上那麼好，晚餐特別少，連牛奶都得要，果汁什麼都都沒有

Splendid location. Big room. The thing is they have nightclub. So perfect for party goers but slightly uncomfort for family

Very Bad experience Delay in check in, no parkings available, they have valet parking but in unsafe place. Elevators got crowded when bar open and there is no special elevators for residence. Much drunk people are in and cannot be safe near them specially when u are in the queue to get the elevators. Security trying to help to get elevator for families but drunk people cannot understands. Place of hotel is in the middle of excavation near to souq Waqf. At midnight there are much labor meeting at the front of hotel. Their breakfast is unsatisfied Car horn is living with u in ur room. One thing I like, which is some security treatment.

Not bad, good for the price. Great location, very close to several key points of interest. Nice pool on the roof and the staff was very kind and helpful. My room smelled a bit of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room, and I had a gard time with that. Also the carpets a d upholstery could definitely use a bit of cleaning. For the price though, not a bad place to stay.

Worst stay and overcrowded with locals. Getting lift to room is a night mare. Misbehave with customers by bodyguard.

Like a lot of the reviews here, we stayed as part of the Qatar Airways stopover package...and like most reviews we found the hotel noisy. There genuinely seems to be 3 or 4 clubs in this place with club goers having access to floors with rooms. We had 2 4am wake ups of shouting in the corridor - staff seemed to do nothing about it. Not sure how this is 4 star hotel. Complained to Qatar Airways and they promised some kind of reimbursement...3 months later and nothing. Avoid this place.

Hotel chosen in stopover package deal with Qatar Airlines. Overall: Would not stay again due to the noise of two nightclubs situated in the hotel and the dated and smudgy appearance of the hotel. Location: In between musea, the Corniche and on walking distance to Souq Waqif. Atmosphere: lobby crowded with nightclub guests managed by people running the lifts. Hygiene: stained carpets throughout the hallways and in the rooms. Does not mean it's dirty but it is certainly not appealing. Rooms: Ridiculous large rooms, beds comfortable. But the disco sounds came right through my earplugs untill 4 a.m. Relocation to another floor did not help at all. Service: Friendly and prompt. No automatic check out, which is really out of date in 2024!

Ben Sassi is the rudest man I have ever met. He would not allow me to charge my phone even though I was a guest at the hotel. One of the security grabbed and pulled me and Ben Sassi allowed it to happen.

Si van con su familia o por negocios no vayan a este hotel. No pierda. Su tiempo y su dinero. En la descripción el hotel es 4 estrellas, pero lejos está de serlo. Las habitaciones descuidadas, con olor a tabaco. Tienen una disco en el último piso y entra cualquier tipo de personas incluso señoritas que se encuentran Trabajando en la calle. Realmente no es nada seguro! En las habitaciones se puede escuchar el ruido de la disco y si hay alguna otra fiesta en el primer piso también. La pileta esta siempre cerrada, según el personal por corto tiempo pero veo en los comentarios que hace meses no funciona. Realmente fue decepcionante..

We bookd this hotel through Qatar Airways (4* hotel with stopover package) - has nothing to do with 4* - dirty place and has weird party nights on the roof bar. When we were cheking out at 5 am, hotel staff was "checking in" additional guests to hotel rooms and the concierge used "house taxi" to the airport, which was dirty and wasy too expensive but hotel personnel was "unable" to book a decent transportation :(
