The towel provided to us had some blood stains and there was no water kettle nor tea bags provided. They were very slow in responsing to our request and during check out inormed them about my complains that made my stay unfortunate at 5 stars hotel. They said only sorry and not offered us any complementary thing.

Très bonne hôtel rapport qualité prix juste à côté du métro propre chambre très spacieuse. L’hôtel a des équipement un peu ancien mais fonctionnel. L’équipe de nuit à la réception n’est pas très accueillante

這個酒店還不錯 除了老了一點 住起來還是挺舒服的 房間很乾凈 網速很快 內設的餐廳也不錯 設施 該有的都有 可以放心住

كان المكان مرتب و منظم بشكل ممتاز و الضيافة على اكمل وجه بالاضافة الى التعامل اللبق معنا و مساعدتنا في جميع الاشياء التي كنا بحاجتها بالنسبة للغرف كانت الغرفة جميلة جدا و مرتبة و الخدمة مناسبة و بالنسبة للقاعة كانت مجهزة بجميع ما نحتاجه و منظمة و مرتبة بديكورات جميلة جدا

IRA at the reception was helpful. Hoped for a soft bed but it was a bit hard. The TV should've been a smart one with Netflix support but was an old model. The gym and sauna were incredible. Me and my family had good time.Overall a splendid experience.

Honestly I just wanted to say that Great customer services . Thank you Concorde for your amazing Service, I just want to say Thank you for your kind Staffs. Especially Ira last light and Solochana from Sri Lanka because of his indeed service to me. I came here for business but my stay was very relaxing see you soon guys.

The hotel was very nice and I really enjoy staying to your hotel . but there are some few things to changes . I just want to thank you Ira the receptionist lady. very accommodating.. i love the ambiance of the hotel . near to the metro station and near to any nice places. really recommendend hotel to every one

Great stay staff was very good at reception especially Ahmed Iqbal from the young guy. Olive restaurant food was very good had a great stay also they allowed me for the late checkout. Room was clean and big also have a good shuttle service survice .

Iqbal from front desk is very good behavior and nice interactions. He support me even for early check in to allocate by baggage to room . This is kind of support help me for my business trip. Properly organized and very good room and room service . Attractive price and nice stay

The stay was great. The staff attentive to my requests. Small issues solved with outside thinking and with excellence. In particular Ms Ira was truly fantastic. And so was Mr Ahmed. In fact the whole team at check in were great. See you soon. Mr Atwal

The hotel was nice and I came here for business but really satisfying stay because the hotel is really clean and the food is really good . And I will recommend this one especially to my family. Adiós!
