前台男性很禮貌，酒店的海灘也不錯，內部的酒吧晚上也很熱鬧！有一個不滿意的，就是我訂的豪華海景房的海景並不豪華，可能是樓層比較低的原因嗎？窗外大部分看到的是二樓三樓的延伸平地。。。下面可能是某個巨型夜店？反正我退房那天正好是星期二沒有碰上party夜

這家酒店避雷，絕對不要來！ 1. 辦理入住的時候，前台問我：有兩種房間，一種比較吵，一種安靜點，你要哪種？我覺得莫名其妙，定房間的時候已經標註好一定要安靜的 2. 晚上9:30家人洗澡洗到一半，熱水變冷水，嚇了一跳，關鍵是還感冒着，特別害怕加重 3. 立馬打電話要求前台換房間，前台回覆：我沒有房間了，衹剩下吵的房間，要麼我就給你叫水管工過來修 4. 我直接找攜程投訴，過了30分鐘，水管工也沒修好，在我暴怒的情況下居然又有不吵的房間，説明一開始前台就撒謊不想換。 太噁心了，大家一定不要定！我看到家人洗完從浴室跑出來邊咳嗽我當時都想打人！ 真的，當時要不是想立即解決房間問題，我估計直接沖到前台去罵人了！同時還撒謊不換房間，讓我們在房間等了30分鐘！

酒店位置很好，離博物館藝術館很近，距離機場十幾公里，去哪兒都很方便。酒店早餐也很豐富。

Der Service war phantastisch, die Hotelangestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und bemüht! Tolles Frühstück mit frischgepressten Obst und Gemüsesäften. Man kann sich die Sorten selbst zusammenstellen. Es gibt kleine und größere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der einzige sehr große Nachteil ist, dass ab 15.30 keine Sonne mehr ist, weder am Hotelstrand noch am Pool. Was gerade im Winter (wir waren im Januar da) sehr schade ist

早班機到達，前台上午十點就給了一間房，很是開心；房間看海；酒店自助早餐選擇豐富；離地鐵站車程十分鐘，打車去各個主要景點都很方便。

Отличный отель, персонал приветливый и внимательный. Завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные. В 15 минутах ходьбы есть торговый центр. Пляжная зона чистая, но зонты у шезлонгов порванные

I loved the cleaningness of the hotel, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Swimming pool was good, but outside bar must be improved as feels a bit outdated. Also, beach was great
