Slow reception process, Bad wifi in room

This was my second stay and everything was great. The room is average but excellent for this price. The employees were super nice and full of understanding. I loved my stay here. The picture is the view from the balcony.

服務壓根沒啥服務，停車不管你讓你自己去停，辦理入住的時候接了半小時電話慢悠悠的給我辦理入住，明明前台有兩人卻衹有一人工作，我沒想明白

酒店對得起這個價格。交通非常方便，靠近Mshireb地鐵站，這是四條線的換乘站。

Customer service was exceptional. The staff were very accommodating and kind.

Excellent hotel à Doha Excellent hotel, propose plusieurs restaurants de qualité et abordables, ainsi qu'une piscine. L'emplacement est idéal dans le quartier Msheireb et à coté de Souq Waqif, à 3 pas du métro qui vous emmene partout dans la ville et à l'aéroport. Je viens souvent à Doha pour le travail et j'ai testé plusieurs hotels, mais celui-là est le meilleur en terme de rapport qualité-prix et emplacement.

This hotel has 5* reviews which I presume are paid for. The bed was comfortable however the hotel at best is a 3*. It's basic. I could not open my suitcase as the room is too small. Breakfast buffet basic. How Qatar Airways can put such a hotel as part of their Stopover Package is beyond me. I was so depressed there I left on the first day & had paid for 4 nights.

هذا الفندق تجاوز توقعاتنا بكل الطرق الممكنة! منذ لحظة وصولنا، أذهلنا الترحيب الحار والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. كانت الغرفة نظيفة تمامًا ومصممة بأناقة، مما خلق أجواء دافئة وجذابة. كان السرير مريحًا بشكل لا يُصدق، مما منحنا نومًا هانئًا طوال الليل. تم توفير كل ما قد نحتاجه بعناية فائقة، مما جعل إقامتنا سلسة وخالية من أي متاعب. بذل طاقم العمل جهدًا رائعًا لجعلنا نشعر بالترحيب والتقدير، حيث كانوا دائمًا متيقظين ومستعدين للمساعدة في أي شيء نحتاجه. خدمتهم الودية والاحترافية أحدثت فرقًا حقيقيًا. وكان الإفطار من أبرز التجارب أيضًا—طازج، لذيذ، ومقدم بطريقة رائعة، مع مجموعة متنوعة تناسب جميع الأذواق. شكر خاص على تلبية طلبنا بتسجيل خروج متأخر، مما جعل مغادرتنا أكثر راحة وسلاسة. لقد ساهم الفريق بأكمله في تجربة استثنائية، ونحن نقدر جهودهم كثيرًا. لا يمكننا أن نوصي بهذا الفندق بما فيه الكفاية، ونتطلع إلى العودة مرة أخرى في المستقبل!

My stay here. Near metro & the Souq.

Nice Hotel We spent New Year here with our family Hotel is clean, staff are courteous and polite and the General Manager is Excellent, very nice place

Not good place to stay We travell with my friend (2 women). Staff was rude to us, propably cos' we are not man. Even we were dressed with respect. Hotel was pretty old and in the room was bad smell, and propably some mold.

Hotel was great i recommend this hotel for anyone la brasserie food is delectable special thanks to Thilina great service very handsome and professional speaking. Hes a very polite and helpful gentleman and helped me if i needed something. Overall this hotel is absolutely astonishing.
