The best staff I have met at the reception Ms Mervat who has taking care of my lost carry on bag by helping in emails ,contact them on phone many times daily.other staff were good including Ms manal ,and Ms Julia.Thank you so much for them Hope to find my bag.

Perfect location and the room given to me has a great sea view from West Bay's perspective. From valet, to security, to hotel front desk and housekeeping, all staffs were great, always cheerful and very helpful. You can see a lot of potential in this hotel and I am excited for more things and services this hotel can offer soon.

A really pretty brand new hotel, we really liked the modern feel and excellent shower. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We checked in around 5:30pm and just wanted to shower, order room service and a glass of wine. Unfortunately, it took the better part of 1.5 hours to get our connecting room unlocked so our young children could be connected to our room. In addition to this, they seemed completely unaware with what wine selections were available to order making the process of ordering room service take nearly 2 hours. Once room service finally arrived, it was fine but by this time, it was wasteful as we were so jet-lagged all we wanted to do was sleep as it was 2 hours later. Considering I was in contact with the hotel days and hours before arrival, there is no reason why we should have had to wait 1.5 hrs to get into our connecting room. On top of this, the hotel was completely empty. The hotel has so much potential, but missing staying on top of the small details that you would expect. We plan to return to Doha, but we will likely just stay at the Four Seasons directly across the street.

Great hotel new and fresh! Rooms are great and staff is amazing, Good location in West Bay and not far from most areas. Very modern looking hotel. Gym was great but pool area was closed. It was Ramdan so food outlets were closed. But they looked great once they open. Would highly recommend. Special shout out to Ibtissam at front desk along with the other staff members at the property who were fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Delicious Meal with excellent service. I really like all the desserts. The ambiance was so unique. The server names Ryan suggested and served us perfect drinks after our food and the entire team made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be returning.

The hotel is perfectly located if attending a business nearby. Brand new with great amneties and with attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended for business travellers who seek convenience and a practical access path to the convention center Tasneem the Concierge, Florine and the breakfast team (I didn't get all of their names) , and the hotel reception were very professional and pleasant .
