Absolutely amazing, for this price the quality is insane. Nothing to complain about except for the mosquito which were really annoying!

Globalement satisfaisant pour le rapport qualité prix Des pointes restent cependant à améliorer comme la qualité de certaines infrastructures (j'ai hérité d'un vieux frigo un peu rouillé par exemple). Mais honnêtement, pour le prix, les repas, les piscines, les animations, les goûters, la disponibilité du personnel, on ne devrait pas se plaindre outre mesure. ce fut globalement un bon séjour. Je recommanderai, sauf quelques petits détails dont on peu accommoder si l'on n'est pas super exigeant

Super séjour. Infrastructures top, ultra propre. Tout le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, souriant. L'équipe d'animation au top, toujours au petit soin. Superbe ambiance, animation toute la journée malgré le peu de monde en cette période de l'année.

Un mois passé dans cet hôtel trop vite on n'a pas le temps de s'ennuyer. Une équipe d'animation au top jeux danses spectacles sport jeux apéro ils ne font pas de différence entre les jeunes et les personnes d'un âge plus avancé (allez Mamie viens danser j'en ai bien profité) super cette équipe. Pour les repas rien à dire grand choix très bon et toujours des entrées fantaisies et très bonnes. Lors de nos promenades on a rencontré la paysagiste on l'a félicité un parc très propre la palmeraie fait rêver félicitation à l'équipe d'entretien. Pour les chambres tres bonne équipe de nettoyage et disponible si ́l'on a besoin de quelque chose de précis pour la chambre. Le personnel du bureau de réception à toujours le sourire très prévenant très proche du client et à rendre service. Les barmans n'arrêtent pas et font de très bons cocktails. Conclusion très bon hôtel on se sent en famille. Près à revenir l 'hiver prochain et peut être 3 mois Papi et Mamie

Je passe un bon séjour de un mois, l'équipe d'animation gentil et sympa, bonne nourriture,et l'accueil toujours prêt à rendre service, bravo pour l'équipe de jardinage,très propre,et le chambre sans propre, et grand merci pour tout les personnel

Super sejour a aqua resort,tres beau hôtel ,personnel très gentil dans tous les services . Une équipe d animation au top super sympa ,de belles soirées avec une ambiance très chaleureuse . Merci a simo et momo vous etes 👍. Nous reviendrons prochainement a aqua resort vous revoir .

A mid January Holiday The Aqua Resort is an excellent hotel for a winter break. being a little further South the weather is a bit warmer and this is more daylight hours than the resorts on the mainland further North. On arrival a good impression is made by the hotel staff particularly by the lady on the reception desk. The room was a recently refurbished and was large and well appointed with exception of Wi-Fi which had not yet been connected (connection was imminent). The food was very good plenty of selection and at least 4 chefs on view cooking various dishes. The all inclusive bars have a reasonable selection of drinks although there is no Brandy and tonic wate is an additional cost Most days there is both daytime and evening entertainment (Entertainment team will pester guests to join in and a polite no thankyou is questioned) A big bonus is the use of the facilities and bar of the Cesar Hotel which adjoins the Aqua. The hotel is not situated in an area within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but taxi's are very cheap.

I must make special mention of Ms Bon Amnon on Reception. She is outstanding and was always helpful and cheerful with me and the other guests too. A great asset indeed. Also special mention must be made of Mr Dhou as Bellman and Mr Haeth on Reception. Both were just great and a credit to your hotel. Vraiment nous avons passé un superbe séjour pour notre St Valentin. Agréable hôtel. Très propre. Je retournerai très bientôt. Vraiment l'accueil très agréable. Ménage fait .Pas à me plaindre .Le repas matin midi soir rien à dire. Le soir des petits soirées. Les animations sont bien

Summary: Excellent value for money and perfectly enjoyable experience all round from the staff, food/drinks options, location and activities at the hotel and to partake in on offer near by. Special mentions to Dhaou, Reception Desk staff and the whole animation team especially Fifi. Firstly the airport to the hotel was a speedy 40min coach trip away. I was speedily checked in as had around 20min of the dinner service left when I arrived at 8:30pm and was very hungry so really appreciated the thought and action by the hotel staff on this. My luggage was kept safe by the nice porter Dhaou and he brought my case and showed me to my room and how to control the heat/air on which I appreciated. Dhaou each day would go out of his way to help and just come and say hello and chat if we spotted each other and he wasn’t with other guests. The room was recently refurbished and much to my surprise had a King bed (2 singles together) and an additional single bed since I was a solo traveller and EasyJet had stated a single room with garden view on the booking. The shower pressure, hot water and all services in the room were very good. A small issue with ants but I just left them to do their own thing and they were not intrusive but is something that should be addressed and not expected in a 4 star hotel. Equally and to my surprise for the time of year there were a lot of mosquitoes and you could see what was left of a few that had been smashed against the wall. I was bitten and luckily had some bike cream and antihistamines, but the bite was very itchy not like experience in the UK. Didn’t report either to the reception and I won’t list my room number other than it was in the number 90s so you know the part of the hotel and but really it wasn’t that much of an issue, could happen anywhere. Most of the hotel was nice modern and well kept including the gardens and the pool areas in the Aqua resort hotel. They are in the process of renovating more rooms so there are some construction noise but I think as the hotel was not at capacity guests were kept as far away as possible from the noise and you couldn’t really hear it in the day by the pool either. The Caesar Hotel which is next door and part of the whole complex meaning you can use the facilities of both not sure about the evening or daytime food though
