Points à améliorer : - Première impression quand on arrive dans le hall d’entrée : sentiment d’être oppressée. Amas de valises dans le hall. Hall de dimension petite vs l’influent de clients - Accueil à la réception déplorable ＞ Indication succincte et rapide du fonctionnement de l’hôtel (horaires restauration, bars…) - Une fois dans la chambre, aucun dépliant disponible concernant le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ＞ il a fallu requestionner la réception pour savoir qu’il fallait télécharger une application TUI - Très peu de prise de courant dans la chambre - Surprise de recevoir un chocolat chaud dans un verre à eau. - Ne débarrasse pas la table au niveau du restaurant ＞ service médiocre - L’accès au restaurant principal par l’intérieur du bâtiment se fait par la descente de 18 marches ce qui n’est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. - Le restaurant principal est configuré avec des tables très rapprochées les unes des autres ＞ Sentiment d’oppressement et d’être à table avec ces voisins de table. - Traversée des couloirs pour rejoindre les chambres, le spa assez longues ＞ Un seul ascenseur - Un client m’a clairement agressé alors que j’étais en ligne. Points positifs : - Dispose d’un fer à repasser dans la chambre - Chambre spacieuse et belle vue mer - Chaussons offerts - Diversité de nourriture au restaurant En conclusion : - le service client est à revoir. Nous avons pris la décision de quitter l’hôtel dès notre arrivée vs l’accès au restaurant. La communication avec la réception, le commercial a été très compliquée. Après une multitudes de sollicitations, nous avons fini par clôturer notre dossier de départ avant terme. - Nous sommes loin d’un 5 étoiles / palace ! La préoccupation première de ce type de standing n’est-elle pas la satisfaction client?

The hotel was really beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The Animation was great and they are always very cool and join in with all the fun. Special thanks to Nassim!! He was always ready for fun, activities and dancing. Special thanks for the service at the poolbar. Thank‘s for all!! I would definitely come back again!

Great transfers with drivers who are well informed and very happy and well prepared to receive British guests. Well organised check in, however had to wait for our room to be available which delayed our first full day start. Immediately offered drinks from bars and lunch food. Room size and decor excellent (we were in room 122) we were upgraded to swim up pool bit could not use it as it is shaded for most of the day. Although the room and bed was comfy. The fridge was really noisy, drains in bathroom were slow to drain & shower screen leaked all over the floor (meant to mention on check out but forgot) all in all the bathroom & toilet are a little tired and in need of upgrade. The stainless steel bins were rusted and dirty & should be replaced immediately. I'd agree with another guest on linens feeling tired. They were definitely clean but off white. Similarly bed linen & beach towels. Didn't spoil holiday just would have created perfection. Appreciated water and soft drinks in the room (milk in rooms is not provided automatically just ask and you'll be given a carton), variety of places to eat and drink along with choices. Variety of cocktails included in the AI is second to none. Download the TUI app to see the menus. Loved the attentiveness, courtesy and friendliness of staff. To say Brits are new to Djerba the staff's use of English is amazing. We practised our limited use of French and Arabic to show our thanks which we think they appreciated. Loved the access to board and card games in main bar. We had two days of torrential rain and the ability to occupy ourselves with these went down well. CNN news and a English speaking film channel with Arabic captions also helped break those days. We booked a shirt Djerba tour via Rahim at TUI. Good value but would appreciate more cultural sites (as missed seeing synagogue, Houmt Souk marina and fortress) as opposed to shopping tour but I took advantage of the shopping, of course.

We had a fantastic stay at TUI Blue Palm Beach Hotel! The food was varied and delicious every day, with plenty of options for everyone. The drinks were refreshing, and the bar staff always served them with a smile. The animation team kept the days and evenings full of energy, with fun activities, shows, and games that made the holiday even more memorable. A very special shoutout goes to Nassim, one of the best animators we’ve ever met—he brought so much joy, laughter, and positivity to our trip. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony that offered beautiful views. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Combined with the stunning beach location, this hotel is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. We can’t wait to come back!
