No hot water, tv didn't work and room had big paddle on bathroom floor, kettle didn't work customer service was shocking called reception 6 time was told someone will be with you on 5 mins after 1 and half hr later someone turned up and turned the tap on for 10 mins and then we go call on reception saying boiler is out of hot water. They said some one will bring hot water so our small daughter can have wash waited until 1am nothing. When checked out we mentioned the problem we had we just got a smile like it was compliment.

Overall the experience was good. Even though there are lot of things on which the resort need to work on.

Location: Less than 2 km from the beach area, Azzaro Resorts & Spa is a luxury spa resort in the heart of Diu. Catering primarily to leisure travelers, this 5 star property is only 200 m from Gandhipara Lake and within 3 km of tourist hotspots like Naida Caves, Church Of Our Lady of Remedies, Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, Jallandhar Beach and Diu Museum.
