I wish someone would have told us that we would be the only people staying at the property and as such there were no amenities or dining available. The property itself was lovely and the one staff member there was average at best but I'm sure it's because he didn't want to have to be there all by himself with only 4 guests / 2 rooms.

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! Το ξενοδοχείο ζητάει προεξόφληση πληρώσαμε 670€ για 2 μέρες 2 άτομα..τηλεφωνικά μας είπαν να κάνουμε κατάθεση όπως και κάναμε και όταν φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο μας είπαν ότι η κίνηση δεν τους καλύπτει λόγο ότι τα χρήματα θα φαινόντουσαν την επόμενη μέρα έτσι μας ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΣΑΝ να ξαναπληρώσουμε 670€ σύνολο 1340€ από τα οποία θα επιστρέφουν αφού πιστωθούν στο λογαριασμό τους..πραγματικά απαράδεκτο πρώτη φορά σε ξενοδοχείο προπληρώνουμε ..συνήθως πάμε και όταν φεύγουμε πληρώνουμε ..γενικά η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν λες και θα τους κλέβαμε ..σε άλλες γραμμές ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει πισίνα χειμώνα ξεχάστε την .. BE CAREFUL this hotel and the staff especially the owner, are rude and they treat you like trash..me and my wife went for two nights in this hotel and we payed 670€ ..they wanted us to pay all the money in the first moment you step your leg in the hotel (they actually told us to pay before even we arrived) Also they want for this hotel to be a special 5 stars hotel but it wasn't even two stars .. The room is nothing special, just a bed and one TV ..the hotel is cold and the water of the jacuzzi was freezing! About the pool forget the swimming. Breakfast was the better thing in that place, vote 3/5

Stayed for two nights (September 1&2) as part of a 22-member "high-end" group tour travelling across Greece. When booked, Tagli management failed to advise the tour organisers that the restaurant was closed. So no dinner was available and only a very basic breakfast. Unacceptable behaviour from the hotel management. No bar food available with drinks, and their EFPOS machine wasn't working on checkout, so no credit card payment available - only cash accepted. Having travelled to over 60 countries, this experience was a very poor reflection on the wonderful people of Greece. Worst hotel experience anywhere in Europe in recent memory.

I travel extensively, but don’t usually leave reviews. However, my experience at this hotel has been so poor that I feel compelled to do so. This hotel does not warrant a 5-star rating for many reasons. The rooms have combined bath/shower, but no plugs so forget about having a bath. Turning on the water in the hand basin is likely to see you splashed with water. The breakfast buffet is modest and well short of what should be offered by a 5-star hotel. The wine selection is quite limited. The eftpos machine would not work for the majority of our group, so we were forced to pay by cash. Even worse, the attitude of the duty manager was very poor (to say the least) and not in keeping with Greek hospitality. Even our experienced tour guide was embarrassed by the treatment our group received. If you are contemplating coming to this hotel, think twice. Then, opt for somewhere else.

Our group of 21 stayed off season. Just before we arrived, we were told the restaurant would be closed, and the place is 20 minutes drive to nearest town. We negotiated to bring cheese board to drink in their bar, spending $$$$. Next day, not allowed, no reason given. In the rooms, no plug in bath / shower, which so dangerous to get out of. No non slip mat. The basin tap sprayed you with water. The credit card machine didn't even work, had to pay in cash. Have to wonder about that. Young staff were lovely, but manager very rude and unhelpful. I would warn anyone from going there.

Great hotel but it felt very empty since we were here on the off season. Very comfortable beds which were great for the jet-lag. Water was a bit high-pressure - got sorayed with the sink water pretty hard but shower pressure was great. We had breakfast and it was good as well - just mostly pastries. Decent stay.

Not worth a penny for the money they ask for. One night for €300 and… - heated pool…just a joke…the water was under 20 Celsius and I asked the lady why is not heated? She answered that it is 27-28…I replied her that I have heated pool at my home and the water is too cold and after all she told me that many people complains all the time about it and that the manager has told them to say that the water is 27 calcium…still can’t stop laughing - room service…ordered a spaghetti without sauce and a club sandwich…I had to wait 2 hours…omg…and the food nothing special, the club was bad for their level! - asked for a mojito…still can’t believe it!!! They brought me a glass with no ice or anything else in it with a plain liquid that had a green colour with a terrible taste…supposed it was a ready to drink mojito sold in cans…and for that they charged me €15 !!!! Last but not least…breakfast for the hotel level is scrap!!!

We were shocked to find out there's skiing in Greece! This is by all means a hotel that would totally fit in in a ski resort in the Alps or even Aspen. The room we stayed in was amazing, very high ceilings, beautiful bedding and upholstery on the very comfy reading chair. The bathroom is perfect, the bath tub huge. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast plentiful. Would love to see how this ares looks when its snow-covered!

I had made a reservation via Booking and the hotel firstly asked me to pay outside booking and when i did not agree they forced one of my guests to pay with his credit card and not the one that i have used and registered on booking creating an embarrassing situation towards my quest friends.
