They just focus on making money and nothing else. Their so called GM reluctant to talk to the customers??? You just keep repeating yourself and no one will ever listen to you!! Please don’t stay in this pathetic hotel even for free!!"

"⭐ hardly Terrible experience – not worth ₹50,000! We booked Green Pastures Kodaikanal by Hill Country for a group stay, expecting a premium experience, but it was a disaster from the moment we checked in. The rooms we were given looked nothing like the pictures shown online — the actual condition was outdated, small, and dirty. Absolutely none of our group members liked the rooms, and after much frustration, we were forced to change hotels just a few hours into the trip, losing the entire ₹50,000 booking. The room quality is extremely poor – tiny, with worn-out furniture, beds that feel like hospital cots, and bathrooms that were below 2-star standards. This property seriously lacks professionalism and maintenance. Think twice before booking – this place is not what it claims to be."
